Very comfortable stay! Very cozy and clean. Garage parking was very helpful. Plenty of space to spread out. We stayed here while we lived our daughter into college.

Our stay was so nice! The inside was so nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable! The outside temp was over 100 degrees every day during our stay but the house stayed nice and cold with no problems! Everything felt so clean and it had everything we needed!

The condo was very clean, spacous, comfortable beds, with fully equipped kitchen which made preparing home meals a breeze. The location was great, peaceful and a short drive from the airport. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

Hosting friends from Scotland and stayed three nights in your beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, linens were very nice. The Wi-Fi was fast. Overall wonderful stay.

If you need a stay for a business trip, this home was just right for us. Quiet neighborhood, not so far away from the city if you rented a car, very clean, everybody had their own space and so on.Communication with the host was always good and fast.

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay, we loved the garage to park in and the house was fully equipped with whatever you need when your not at home. Loved the decor!

Canyon Rim Fun

Host was attentive and helpful, easy check in and check out. The location of the townhouse is sweet, easy access to all fun to be had in the area. Beds in basement better left to kiddos, upstairs beds super comfortable. Would stay again classy spacious sitting area!

Salt Lake Stay

The property and location where perfect for me and my daughter for her 18th Birthday getaway. It was very close to great restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing about the place was the 10AM checkout. The cleaning company was there promptly at 955 AM.

Perfect location if you plan to zip around northern Utah. I- 80 access is almost immediate which made visiting 5 different family members and a friend a breeze. Lots of space and cozy sheets and towels. Much better than a crammed hotel and at a better price for a larger-than-5 group. Super quiet neighborhood and tucked away in a safe spot. Friendly and responsive hosts. Comfortable! Roomy! Great!

We’ll Readily Rent This Townhome Again

This beautiful townhome is exactly as advertised, very well managed, convenient to both Cottonwood Canyons’ ski resorts and to downtown Salt Lake City and several of its desirable neighborhoods. Our title provides our summary and conclusion.

We specialize in providing a space for the different needs of travelers. This large 3 bedroom will transport for you a relaxing environment. Great for a family or group of business travelers.

This large 3 bedroom is perfect for a stay whether you’re in town to enjoy Utah’s winter sports or here for business. Our location puts you within a half mile of the freeway with quick access to downtown or the mountains for an easy 30 minute drive to world-class ski resorts in Salt Lake or Park City.

You will find the décor tasteful, the beautiful pops of orange catch your eye and the pleasant art on the walls adds to the ambiance.

The master bedroom is equipped with a KING sized bed that has a very comfortable memory foam mattress that you will fall in love with. Also the bedroom has a 55" 4K smart television, dressers for guest use as well as two closets.

The second bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN sized bed with a fantastic mattress and 43" 4K TV.

The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with TWIN mattress on top and a FULL size mattress on the bottom. There is also a 43" 4K smart TV to enjoy.

Additionally we have added a very comfortable QUEEN size memory foam sleeper sofa in both the living room upstairs, and the family room downstairs that will accommodate extra guests. Each living area also comes with a beautiful 4K Smart TV to enjoy Netflix, YouTube TV programming.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a hearty, home-cooked meal.
