Highly recommend!All of the rooms had such high-quality furnishings and art, and they were all exceptionally clean. The hosts were very communicative, if I had a question or anything came up, they got right back to me… I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Salt Lake City!

The hot tub was delightful after a day of skiing. The house was generally clean and we had most of what we needed in the kitchen except mixing bowls.

Property was very clean, comfortable and restful, super cute, check in process was very easy, enjoyed the hot tub! Close to downtown.

This house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We watched movies, played games, and baked Christmas cookies. It was a nice place to spend time with our family. There's also a whole downstairs area with bedroom and bathroom in case you have someone who needs their own space. We would be happy to stay here again. Thanks!

Incredible stay and incredible hospitality! We were a last minute booking on a cross country road trip and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hot tub hit the spot after a long day on the road. The house was immaculately clean and was in tip top shape. A true gem of the rental space. Will absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Great place in SLC

My family and I stayed here while my daughter played in the National Volleyball tournament. The house was cute and cozy and plenty of room for all six of us. The host was quick with responding and offering any questions we had. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again, if in the area!

The property itself was great!! It was warm and inviting. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Kitchen was stocked well.The downstairs living room, restroom and bedroom was a bonus with the teenages!The fenced in parking was nice.The text before our arrival with details about the stay and picture describing how to enter the property and how to use the hot tub was nice Neighborhood had a lot of foot traffic around the house.

Very disappointing, especially traveling with family. We arrived at 10:10 PM to dirty/stained sheets, sticky floors, food spills down cabinets, old/dried dog feces on the carpet, dead grass/debris on an entry carpet, broken furniture and trash trailing inside. The basement had a strong musty/humid odor that was very unpleasant.Most concerning were the security issues: 3 entryways, 2 dead keypads, and the only working lock died before we left around 11 PM, leaving all 3 unsecured. One had a broken door alarm and direct access to the public street. We had to walk past a person passed out drunk to enter, and there was a woman who appeared to be engaging in prostitution nearby.We contacted the homeowner about an hour after arrival and said we were looking for another place. We left around 11 PM, but due to a major event, hotels were booked or too expensive. We messaged again around 2 AM that we couldn’t find anywhere and had to return.Maintenance had to come during our stay to repair the locks, which was disruptive. We also had to leave for breakfast while the house remained unsecured, leaving our belongings inside and worrying about their safety.The exterior looked nothing like the listing photos—overgrown landscaping, blocked entryway and dead grass. I had to ask for a discount; only 15% was offered, which felt very unfair given the severity of the issues.
