It is only 15 minutes away from our 3 barrier islands (Manasota Beach, Palm Island and Boca Grande) with an amazing nature and white sandy beaches, 30 minutes to a mineral healing lake.
It is located near to the 5 Rotonda golf courses, and there are much more around.
There are many Bars and Restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby.
This modern home is newly furnished with modern recliner couches, new beds and appliances, quilts, sheets, and bath towels. It is offered for rent first time. Because the owners live there in the other time it is fully equipped.
In the entrance area you can find a pool slate table with a new felt and professional cues.
For your leisure activities there are two bicycles available, as well 4 beach chairs with umbrella.
The kitchen comes with new flatware, glassware, dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking and baking utensils and dish towels. Wine, beer and champagne glasses are provided, so you just supply the drinks!
Additionally to the 3 rooms there is an office room with an desk, office chair and a laser printer (print / scan / copy, 100 pages print per month included). This room can as well be used as sleeping room for children.
A german / english speaking property management is available at any time.
A boat can be rented on demand.
**For tenants renting for more than 30 days, a cleaning will be performed monthly at the tenants expense. Tenants shall pay $175 directly to the cleaning company who will contact the tenant to arrange a specific time and day. This fee is in addition to the fee included in the original booking which is for the final cleaning at departure.
** For security reasons we have installed cameras in the front of the house and at the technic portal. No view at any private parts of the house.
