If you are looking for a perfect location to rent a place in Florida, this is it!! This new villa is close to gulf beaches, Boca Grande Private island and back up to Rotonda River. 1312sq ft space with guests in mind and has everything you need to have a stress free vacation!
Enjoy BBQ ( Traeger Grill ) in enclosed lanai with beautiful view of the lake with dock where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy morning coffee Ann & Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F Sasy tarts coffee shop and multiple places to eat out are close by

Had a great stay. Host was responsive and the home was very clean. Great location in a quiet residential area, but close enough to get to all activities in a short drive. Many grocery stores around too. We are pleased with our choice.

We made a quick trip south to experience tarpon fishing at Boca Grande. This house is about 9 minutes from the marina where many boats launch and less than 20 minutes from downtown, restaurants and bars. This house provided comfortable lodging and was clean and tidy. Kitchen is well stocked. And if you and your family/friends are looking for more than just a comfortable house, the host has provided you with all the “toys” - grill, beach gear, etc. There is absolutely nothing to do in Rotonda West area but if your goal is affordable, comfortable, quiet and yet access to Boca Grande, this is a great choice.

Great place to stay for our needs and interests.

We have enjoyed the Englewood to Boca area for years and the property helps make it much easier to take advantage of that.

We loved the house, it had everything we needed, the location was great, easy access to near by Publix, restaurant, and the Boca Grande Island. Would definitely visit again

Beautiful home with lots of little extras that really made it home from home.

Rental process was easy, self check in and check out was good. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely time. We left a few things behind with a super early flight my mom lives in the area. Can she pick up the items if left on the porch? It’s tethers in freezer and a black out shade. Thanks!
