This stunning new construction offers ease of access to all three world class Park City area ski resorts! Just a 7 minute drive to Historic Park City Main Street and a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola!

Wasatch Springs is one of the Jordanelle and Park City area's newest townhome projects, with a modern farmhouse aesthetic, fashionable kitchen and bathrooms, vaulted ceiling living space, and 4 bedroom suites, all stylishly designed for multi-family group vacations.

Sleeping 12, this 3 level townhome offers a King master suite with ensuite bath, a Queen suite with adjacent bath, which is shared with the 3rd bedroom on the upstairs level, a bunk suite with two Full beds in a bunk configuration. The lower level bedroom offers an additional Queen suite and adjacent bath. There are 2 roll away twin beds available as needed.

The home is equipped with fast internet speed, a new large screen TVs with streaming for family movie nights après ski. The kitchen is well stocked for vacation groups with lots of storage and multiple kitchen appliances for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas are cozy but spacious, with modern linear fireplace and shiplap to complete the experience. The garage is nearby and a large space for parking two vehicles and storing skis and equipment alike.

Just across the way, the Black Rock Ridge Hotel offers an award winning restaurant and bar, along with coffee and pastry shop, and Park City Creamery for a cheese tasting experience!

With a new traffic light just installed, getting out onto the main road is easy. Park City is a straight shot down the road into the downtown area. A future grocery store and gas station is forthcoming at this location as well.

Whether hiking or biking in summer via the adjacent trails nearby, skiing or snowboarding in the winter months, the Wasatch Springs neighborhood offers a spacious floor plan for large groups, coupled with beautiful finishes and fashionable furnishings, enhancing the guest experience to enjoy Park City year round!

local group enjoyed the stay

We rented this property for spill over traffic visiting our home who needed a place to stay , We thought it was great and super easy access for our family members to visit us locally and be nearby . We also enjoyed the Black Rock restaurant across the street for drinks and dinner and everyone had a great time . Thanks for hosting

Great Townhome, Slept our large group

We had a group of family of all ages and this was a great choice for us , as it had a diverse bedding scenario that was helpful, moreso than other condos we've stayed in . Multiple levels allowed for privacy also. Would definitely book again .

Beautiful farmhouse finishes, Great location

This property's decor was really pretty and had a contemporary farmhouse look which we loved . Lots of space and slept our whole family comfortably . Great location with easy access to the different points of town we visited .

2023 J2 Summit trip

Nice moutain getaway

This place is perfect for a summer getaway. The property is apart of a larger community but overall it was pretty quiet (except for some road noise). The kitchen is great and the living room allows for a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. There’s a great restaurant across the street and it’s very close to a small town called Kamas that has a great diner and grocery store. Overall the property was nice, the beds were mostly comfortable (they are memory foam so it takes some getting used to) and accessing the unit was very easy. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the property management was amazing. Excellent customer service and they were quick with getting back to me with any questions or concerns we had.

Great spot for a group ski trip

This house is great for a large group ski trip. It's advertised to sleep 12, but I would not recommend having more than 10 people. The place was very nice, clean and modern with good parking. About a 15 minute drive to Park City mountain and town.

Lovely townhome in a convenient location

I stayed here during the summer and wanted a location that gave me easy access to Kamas, the Jordanelle Reservoir and Park City. This was perfect! The home is beautifully furnished and meticulously organized (label maker got lots of use!) which I appreciated. Check in was easy and any issues were handled immediately by the management company. Highly recommend!

Jordanelle Wasatch Springs Townhome 21

We stayed here for work trip. The place was very clean and promptly available for check-in. Emily from Mountain West Vacation Rentals was extremely welcoming and helped to get us an early check-in as well. The coffee maker needed a deep clean before use and I was bummed to see there was no option to recycle at the end of our stay. Additionally, having a thermostat to regulate the downstairs heat would be helpful as well. Neither of these ruined the stay. We had a lovely time and will book again if in the area.

Nice and new townhome

The place is nice and new with well stocked kitchen, garage with room for two cars. A little traffic getting back to the main road to Park City but it was not bad. A little tight for 12 people

Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable property that's about 10 minutes drive to Park City / Deer Valley. Probably a little tight for 12 people, but comfortably accommodated 10 of us without any issues. Great property, would highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful home

Location was great, it was only a 12 minute drive to Park City Resort. We had 10 people and all slept comfortably. The house was spacious for us and we were impressed with what the house was equipped with. Everything was well stocked and the concierge service was quick to respond when we needed something.

Great Stay

We had a great experience staying here--the owners and managers are extremely responsive! The location is just an easy 10-12 minute drive to the Park City Mountain base area right off the highway. It's an end unit, so perhaps a bit more private. The unit is spotless and very well laid out. All the appliances and furnishings are new and work great! There's plenty of room for multiple families to spread out and the beds are very comfortable, with three bedrooms on the top floor and another on the garage level. There's plenty of storage space for skis and gear in the garage. Overall, this is a fantastic space and we would definitely stay here again next year!

Wonderful family holiday retreat

Our large family stay was during winter storms so we put the kitchen to full use and stayed warm, cozy and happy the whole time. The windows don a beautiful panoramic view. The home is clean, beautiful, and well stocked with essentials. You will love it here!

Fantastic home away from home

What a wonderful place! The property is clean, quiet, and has everything you need for your spring, summer, fall, or winter getaway. The fully equipped kitchen is great. The bedrooms provide enough space and are quite comfortable. Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley ski areas are very close (under 15 minutes to base, and even shorter to the nearby bus shuttle stops). Plenty of hiking and mountain biking around, too. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great Park City Ski Condo

This condo is exactly what your family needs for the perfect family ski vacation. Garage parking and all new amenities. Perfectly furnished for a multi family ski vacation. Spacious kitchen with instant pot and air fryer for cooking. Conveniently located near ski resorts with gorgeous open views and a quick drive to downtown Park City and close to freeways, but still a quiet location. You will love it.
