Lovely condo with stellar views of the beach. Great location for shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Treasure Island is a perfect destination for families or, like us, a great couple’s retreat. Highly recommend!!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time is this beautifully decorated condo. The water could not have been more beautiful. We also enjoyed the close proximity to many great restaurants. Communication was good, and check-in was a breeze.

Treasure Island is one of our favorite places to stay. Beach is easily accessible by ramp with a wagon loaded with necessities for children. Pool is well maintained with plenty of chairs. Staff is friendly.The unit itself was beautiful. Gorgeous beach view. Very clean. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Quick and clear communication with hosts. Quick and easy “check in” process.Our only small complaint was the air conditioning. The unit never got cooler than 72, even at night. While I know it’s difficult to cool during the super hot days, I wish it would have cooled a little better overnight.

Nice condo and location

Enjoyed the condo, was in a great location that was less busy than other parts of PCB. Quick access from parking garage to condo, elevators were quick, pool was nice. The condo came with two beach chairs already reserved, that was a nice touch. Highly recommend this condo!

Beach time

Great property. Very clean, beds comfortable! Only issue was dishwasher had a leak, let manager know and they fixed it. I will definitely reserve this condo again. Suggestion would be a couple of loungers on the balcony!

Great condo Lower Grand Lagoon

Really enjoyed our stay, the unit was nicely decorated, clean, and great location for us (away from pool). We have been staying at Treasure Island for years, this is one of the nicest units we've stayed in. Thanks to Chase for good communication on one minor issue (hope the puppy lessons are a success!).

Amazing

We truly enjoyed the unit. The ocean view was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the shower head in the master suite. It is not meant for couples. I will definitely rent again!!!

Perfection!

As a regular visitor of PCB, I have stayed at a few properties (normally on Thomas Drive or near,) and this one is my new favorite! The location was perfect and quiet. Assigned parking spaces were a bonus. This particular unit was amazing!!! It was larger than most, light and airy, and well stocked. It wasn’t overly decorated with things to be worried about breaking. Beds/ sofa were oh so comfy. The balcony was just WOW!!! This will be my new place to stay every time I go.

Plan to clean yourself.

This is the first condo i jave ever rented that threatens a higher cleaning fee for sand on floor and fingerprints on glass. I have never had to strip the sheets and start the washer of towels. The stove top is cracked and the rugs are filthy. The washer and dryer are tiny. Everything else was great. There are some changes that need to be made for me to give it a high rating.

We love Treasure Island, but this condo is not it. We had multiple issues throughout our stay:1. Cleanliness. There’s a nasty bathmat in the hall bathroom. A sticky substance on a nightstand in the main bedroom. It just didn’t feel clean.2. TV in main bedroom didn’t work the entire stay.3. On day 2, a terrible smell started coming out of the hall bathroom shower drain. Maintenance was sent; nothing was done. There was hardly any water pressure in that shower our entire stay.4. On our final night, the washing machine began to fill with water when we started a load of laundry, and never stopped. We tried everything to shut it off and ended up just having to turn off the water. Once we mopped up the leaked water and the washer drained, we turned the water back on. The knob broke and shot water to the ceiling. We were left with sopping wet clothing and almost every towel in the condo used to sop up the mess.This condo is advertised as “updated”. It isn’t at all. TI is a great resort but there are much, much nicer condos here. Save your money and DO NOT book this one.

Awesome view

The condo was exactly what I expected and more. It was very roomy to be a 2 bedroom. The view was to die for. Always thought the higher the better but this 3rd floor view was awesome. It was like the ocean was at your finger tips. I would most definitely go back.

Family vacation

This was a great property to stay at. Everyone was friendly. It was a nice pool and great beach access. It was great to have 2 assigned beach chairs every day.
