Welcome to Seychelles 205, Panama City Beach, 2 two-bedroom 2 two-bath condo that sleeps 5.  Seychelles has very few units with a beachfront master suite and that is what makes this unit so special!  With  FULL water views from your bed and access to the balcony.   ​Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the most beautiful beaches!!  Sip your favorite cocktail while watching the sunset. Being on the second floor, you feel as one with the pool and the sand and do not have to depend on elevators. ​ Seychelles is a smoke-free property. ​ Property amenities include: Two Pools, a Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking, and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! ​  Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull-out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

NOTE:

Per HOA, Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a
parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout
dates are listed below:

May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

would not recommend this place to anyone

Don't waste your time here. The condo is old, filthy, and not well-kept. The $190 housecleaning fee is a joke. Nothing about this condo was clean. We spent the first hour of our vacation trying to clean the place, It was difficult since the vacuum was broken, & we had to provide cleaning supplies.

Short stay

It was fine probably wouldn’t stay at that specific room longer than 3 nights. The room was a lot smaller than expected. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. But we spent most of our time on the beach.

AMAZING views!

We absolutely loved staying here! The views are amazing--literally steps from both a heated pool AND the beach. It was super easy to access parking, and to get in and out of the condo! Definitely will stay again.

Happy with everything about this vacation!

Our rental was so nice. Everything was very clean, which was awesome considering we have a 1 year old. This was the best property management group I’ve EVER rented through. I didn’t have to reach out for anything. I received multiple communications days leading up to the trip. Everyone was extremely nice and very responsive. Would love to book through them in the future.

Easily to rent. Clean and comfortable. Ocean front view. Resturant next door and one on the other side of next condo next door, makes for a great grab and drink. Short distance from multiple nice places to eat and shop without getting in the congestion of things. Will definitely rent here again!

Absolutely loved this unit and these condos. The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. Great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Definitely will be staying here again!

Clean condo with very easy access to beach! Next door to Schooner’s Restaurant is the best part. They have a great bar!

Perfect beachfront condo

The condo was exactly as described. The space was very comfortable and the views were great. At first we were worried about noise levels with being so close to the pool, but the thickness of the windows and sliding glass door kept outside noise very, very minimal.

Great oceanfront view, perfect location, excellent service from Tori's!

Condo is in a great location for the beach, pool, restaurants, shopping, and the view was fantastic. Everything worked perfectly as described. The management team from Tori's was excellent. No hic-cups!

Week in PCB

Nice condo, well furnished. Second floor which make it easy to use stairs instead of elevator. Very good location. Nice ocean view. Heated pool which allows swimming even in very cold days. I would go to this place again.

We had no problems at the condo. The owner communicated all the information we needed to get into the condo. All information about the room were correct. We had lots of fun.

Perfect Vacation Condo

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The condo was just as advertised, it was clean, sufficiently stocked and in a wonderful location. Condo is located on the 2nd floor, which has a beautiful view of the beach, and is right above the pool. The staff at K Tori’s Beach Rentals were top notch! We had all of the information to access the property and room, and all was correct. We received a text when our room was ready for check in. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful Amber and her team were, they checked on us to make sure all was good. We had a hiccup with the washing machine during our stay, but they went above and beyond to help us. I hope the next time we are down visiting PCB this unit is available!!!
