**Upstairs Bedrooms/Bathrooms** Venture upstairs to discover five more enchanting bedrooms! 🛌 There’s a vibrant metropolis-themed room with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom 🌆, and a spacious monochrome-themed master with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a sweet little workspace. In the loft area, the laundry room and main bathroom await, along with two whimsical themed rooms: the Star Wars room 🌌, perfect for five with four bunks and a trundle, and the Minions room 🍌, also cozy for five! Last but not least, a charming maritime room with a queen bed shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the Minions room.

**Resort** And guess what? Just a hop, skip, and a jump away is the famed Solara Resort 🌊, beloved by guests of all ages! Its clubhouse is a treasure trove of amenities—enjoy a bar and grill 🍔, an ice cream parlor 🍦, a general store 🛒, a fitness center 💪, and even a flow-rider surf simulator 🌊 (extra fees apply). Spend your days on the basketball and beach volleyball courts 🏀🏐, or relax in a poolside cabana 🌴 while sipping a happy hour drink by the fire pits 🔥 as the stars twinkle above. Adventure awaits around every corner, so come and create magical memories that will last a lifetime! ✨🏰

Guests have convenient access to the home, being just one house away from the Club House and resort amenities. The property provides a driveway, and overflow parking is available at the end of the street or a few houses down in the opposite direction. Street parking is prohibited, and the community maintains a list of Prohibited Vehicles, including ATVs, boats, RVs, trailers of any type (including U-Hauls), limousines, commercial vehicles, and mobile homes.

Important considerations for additional in-home amenities (available for separate payment):

- BBQ grill (Free use of grill; a tank is provided at the home, but is not maintained by the host. Cleaning of grill is also the guest’s responsibility). There will be a $30 fee for our cleaning team to clean up after you.

- Pool & spa heat ($35.00 USD per day - must be booked for the entire stay). Spa heat is available from 5 PM to 9 AM (when the pool pump isn't circulating).

- Spa heat only (Summer Months - $15 USD per day - must be booked for the entire stay). Spa heat is available from 5 PM to 9 AM (when the pool pump isn't circulating).
(Note: When opted for, the pool is heated to 84-86 degrees F, and the spa is heated to 100 degrees F. In rare cases, if temperatures in Kissimmee, FL drop below 45/50 degrees, the heater may not function at its full potential as a safety feature.)

A starter pack of supplies is included for your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies beyond those provided. The supplied items include paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
