This property is nestled in the quiet Indian Canyons community located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This historic neighborhood is primarily comprised of midcentury modern custom homes designed by such noted architects as Dan Palmer, William Krisel and Stan Sackley. It was a magnet for celebs like Bob Hope, Sinatra’s Rat Pack and many more Hollywood A-listers. This is an active community including people of all ages who walk, jog, ride bikes and hike in the warm winter sun. This property is a short drive or 15-minute walk to Koffi, the Ace Hotel, Indian Canyons Golf Club and Palm Canyon Drive. You’ll be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including fine dining, shopping, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling and riding the PS Arial Tramway. You will also be within a mile of Smoke Tree Shopping Center with Ralph’s Fresh Fare Grocery Store, Ace Hardware and lots of casual dining. The public library and senior center are within 2 miles.

OPTIONAL FEES

A utility deposit is collected for gas and electricity and the amount is based on the length of stay. We provide a monthly allowance for utilities. The actual charges above the allowance are deducted from the utility deposit and the remainder returned to the guest.

Outstanding in all regards

My husband and I stayed at Cleopatra for two months and, as my title implies, everything was completely fantastic. We have stayed all over the world with VRBO and this condo was definitely one of our TOP experiences. Daria was our contact and was outstanding -- my communications with her were wonderful and could not have been any better -- they were actually very infrequent and totally unnecessary because you could not ask for anything more (everything was there, and completely labeled -- down to the light switches). The condo was bright and cheerful, beds great, kitchen fully stocked, covered parking spot right next to the patio entrance, huge, beautiful pool steps from the condo . . . and I could definitely go on and on! All of this to say, we spent a perfect 2 months here . . . and if you get the opportunity to stay at Cleopatra, book this condo NOW -- we will definitely be returning on our next visit to beautiful Palm Springs. Also, my sister and brother-in-law with their small doggie Mango likewise enjoyed their one month stay with us as well.

This property looked exactly like it was described on the VRBO site.

This rental property lacked nothing in terms of kitchen utensils and supplies. The property was well stocked with all the basic supplies to keep us comfortable during our stay. It is also located close to downtown Palm Springs which made access to several of our favourite restaurants easy. The only thing that did not cooperate with our stay was the weather. It was in the 60s to low 70s for our entire stay. Fortunately the pool was heated to a comfortable 88° and the hottub was set at 104°… which was nice. This happened to be to coolest trip we have made to this area in 25 years. I expect the weather to improve for our next trip.
