Fully renovated and south-facing, the chalet comprises:
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- one bedroom with three single beds and a bunk bed;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a large living room with dining area.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Terrace, Tumble dryer, Barbecue, Fireplace, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Please note that pets are accepted.

The accommodation is located:
- halfway between the Balme ski lifts and the Plateau des Confins ;
- 60 m from the ski bus ;
- 2 km from the village and slopes;
- 45 minutes by car from Annecy for adventure.

Renowned worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune in Haute Savoie at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town boasts breathtaking mountain views, including Mont Blanc. Winter and summer alike, you'll be able to recharge your batteries here, thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. With a ski area spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can ski or snowboard to your heart's content in winter, or walk or bike in summer.
