Wonderful condo, the views were breathtaking. My only note is that the pool was dirty, I understand there being sand however we stayed for 6 days and the pool was never skimmed for debris. I know this has nothing to do with the hosts, they were lovely and our stay was impeccable.

Thank you Aadriana for your comments. Unfortunately we had in Peñasco a mayor sand storm on Sunday before your arrival and that caused the sand blow in to the swimming pool. We hope to host you again in a nearly future.

Best place in rocky point to vacation with family

This was just an amazing experience the room was beautiful and very clean waking up every morning to thank incredible ocean view it was just amazing my whole family loved it can’t wait to go back

Our Stay at las conchas was awesome as it usually is only difference was this time around there was a lot of off-road vehicles on the beach which I think is very dangerous specially for kids before there was no motor vehicles allowed

Great get away!

This is a great property, very quiet and great location to get away if your looking at just hanging out at the pool and beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back!

Tessoro at las conchas

Its just a beautiful place away from the city, very relaxing and the condo it is just perfect in every aspect views are breathtaking, only place we go for our yearly family trip this is definitely a place where you relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

This condo was a perfect choice for our getaway. The views are truly gorgeous and provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay. We were so impressed with how spotless the entire place was. Everything felt fresh and clean. What really stood out was the communication—both the owner and the security team were fantastic. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful, and the security staff was always professional and friendly, which made us feel very secure. A experience!

Oh, the views!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous views!! Really enjoyed this extremely comfortable, well appointed and perfectly placed (sea on one side, estuary on the other) temporary home away from home! Traveled with friends who had never stayed on this side of Rocky Point before and they were amazed by the beauty of it all. Communication with the owner was easy. Staff at Tessoro was fantastic and friendly as always!

Tessoro unit 1201 - clean, private, large and great internet

Our friends have been staying at Tessoro for 10+ years. This particular condo is one of the favorite condos our friends and I like to stay at. It’s a great size for gathering family and friends. It has a private elevator entrance connected to the room. Wi-fi is great. Hosts are amazing. Excellent communication and don’t require cleaning up for check out.
