Even though there was a storm the building held on. The condo is always great. The host always communicates and answers any questions you have. We have stayed in this condo several times over the years never an issue.

Gorgeous condo and location!

Everything you need for a fun family stay, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, tons of entertainment, and even beach chairs! Great communication with the staff. We will definitely be back!

Private Paradise

An amazing place. Very private if you want a place practically to yourselves and quiet. Beautiful condo, beach,pool and amazing view of the ocean. Warm water and waves if you like. Very relaxing and all the amenities of home.

Amazing beach rental

The view alone is worth the stay in this spacious condo. The condo is well stocked and the owner is easily reached if you have any questions. Checking in was a breeze, which is wonderful when you have inpatient children 😀. I highly recommend and will be booking this condo again in the near future. The beach, ocean view and location are perfect.

Awesome view

We've stayed at Tessoro several times, it is always worth the extra cost for the end units with wrap around balcony. The owner on this unit is great with communications and very attentive to the needs of her guests.

Great place to stay!

This is our favorite place to stay we love the beach being so secluded. The only thing I would have to say that we were disappointed is that Manuel did not allow us to have our friends over. There was not one single person at the pool and the beach is pretty cold for the kids to swim so they wanted to come swim at the pool for a little bit.

Amazing Location

This is an amazing place to stay. The condo itself is beautiful and feels like home. It was very quiet. The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. The owners reached out to us several times to ensure our stay was going great and that the condo met our expectations. We have stayed is several different places around Puerto Penasco and this was by far are favorite and our new go-to.

Relaxing and peaceful

Beautiful, clean condo with amazing ocean views and sunsets. The unit is stocked with all the essentials. Tucked away at the end of Las Conchas, it was quiet, which was exactly what we sought for the trip. Communication with the host was easy and excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay!

PARKING

OVERALL IT WAS A NICE STAY. THE CONDO AND VIEW WERE AWESOME. HOWEVER, THE UNDERGROUND PARKING AREA NEEDS MUCH-NEEDED ATTENTION / CLEAN-UP. THE SURROUNDING AREA NEEDS A LITTLE CLEAN-UP AS WELL...

Fantastic condo with amazing views!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even better than the pictures, gorgeous wrap around views on all sides. The water in the kitchen and fridge was filtered, which was so nice that we could drink the water from there, and use the ice! All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were beach chairs available for use in one of the closets, as well as some beach towels, we weren't sure about this ahead of time so we brought our own. There were also seasonings available for use in the kitchen, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Overall just a fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful week by the sea!

This was such a nice way to start 2023! Breathtaking view - the walls of windows wowed everyone in our family. It was beautiful in all the different times: sunrise, sunset, low tide, high tide, rain, wind, stars, fireworks… we enjoyed it all! We cooked all our meals without any issues- even used up the propane tank and another was brought to us right away- excellent service! The underground parking and elevator to our room felt so fancy and was super convenient! This vacation location was one that made kids, teens, and adults all happy. Thank you for sharing it with us!

First Class property

We have stayed in many different beach-front homes in Las Conchas and in a few resorts along Sandy Beach. This condo rates up near the top of my list! It's a newer property and perfect for VRBO setup in that it has a very large living area, functional kitchen with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. The condo is located next to the estuary, and from the wrap around balcony the views are incredible in two directions. Garage parking is a plus, along with semi-private elevator. Owner (Penni) was very responsive when one of the three AC units was acting up and it was quickly resolved. We would definitely return here again.

Stunningly beautiful!

The communication leading up to staying at this property and while we were there was excellent!! I had asked questions and always had detailed answers in the same day. The owners provided lots of information about the place as well as about Puerto Penasco (Rocky Pt.) in general. When we got there the views were jaw dropping and the place looked just like the photos online. There was actually one additional balcony that I did not realize was there. So there is a wrap around as well as a second balcony from the other bedrooms. The door on the master bedroom to the balcony had two broken hinges from salt water corrosion but the maintenance manager had it fixed the next morning which was amazing. The place has a perfect amount of kitchen tools and everything you need to make your own meals at the condo. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was worried about the road to the location but it was way better than it looked on Google Maps streetview. It was only like 15 minutes into town and 35 mph. We had a chief come and cook us a meal and that was a great idea. One note is that the swimming pool is not heated so be aware of that if it is the during the cooler months. But the hot tubs were great! There was a gas grill on the deck that we used as well. I will be going back.

IMPORTANT - There is no hot tub on the patio. Owner should remove all and any photos. Very misleading. This was originally there a couple years back but, like most of the units I’m sure it caused issues. So be aware. We’ve rented this unit in the past and since has slowly declined from overall care of the unit. Examples: Door off the master bedroom doesn’t latch and close and at night with the winds, it’s opens on its own. Had to go to Walmart to buy duck tape and painters tape to keep it closed. Elevators to the unit didn’t work. Had to use the service elevator to get in the unit. Mind you this on the 6th floor. Today at checkout the service elevator went down too. Had to lug all of our stuff down six flights of stairs. Not fun and the stairs are not air conditioned and super humid. So lots of fun. The main door on the unit didn’t lock. While there is a second door that did lock it still left access to the other two bedrooms. While that’s the unit and core building commentary. Let’s shift to the property itself. Again, in a state of decline and sad to see. Our first time there was in 2018 and the grounds were being kept, most of the plants are dying and on their last limb. The pool area at night turns in to a local take over from non-paying or guests of Tessoro. I’d say while there is security it’s a lose term. There is no control over the place at night. I think we heard the entire Pitbulls catalog from about 7 until 11 from the 6th floor on blast. Sad.

I must say this was an amazing place to stay at. Everyone was welcoming from the moment we got to the gate. Zara was very nice and good at communicating. The condo itself, well… I am speechless very clean, super comfortable and loved the views from the 6th floor. This place has everything we were looking for to rest, reset and keep noise down from the big crowds. I’ll definitely be booking more often at this place when coming to Rocky point.

Well appointed condo with terrific views. Kitchen had almost everything you would need. Appreciated the sand chairs. I would definitely rent again.
