The downtown duplex sleeps up to 12 guests, and perches over lower Deer Valley Drive and is the perfect location for Sundance Film Festival as well as access to all three world class resorts. Easy access anywhere in town via the free bus transit system, with the bus station just across the way from the property. Enjoy the grill and outdoor patio furniture on the perfect summer nights too!

A diverse sleeping arrangement throughout the townhome allows for singles trips, multi-generational family gatherings, and Sundance corporate groups alike to maximize their enjoyment together in one space. The unit has been thoughtfully remodeled in recent years, and has a well-stocked kitchen and living space, cozy fireplace, and ample bedroom and bathroom space. The property backs up to open space and offers a private townhome garage for parking for 2 cars. Garage space is an important consideration when traveling to Park City''s downtown area. This property has substantial garage space for storage of ski and snowboard gear in winter, as well as bikes and paddleboards in summer.

The property has 3 bedrooms configured to sleep a maximum of 12. The master offers a King bed and a Queen sleep sofa. The main level offers a King bedroom and office area. The upstairs bedroom is a large upstairs room offering one King bed, a Twin over Queen bunk bed, and an additional Full sized futon bed.

Bachelorette party paradise

Park City Old Town & Base

This location cannot be beat! Walking distance to main street, safe and comfortable neighborhood. The accommodations were spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only comment I have is that there is no central AC, so it can be a bit warm in the summer. There are window units in 2/3 bedrooms and overall it was still quite comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Spot

Great spot for the money! Looked a lot of places and this spot checked all the boxes for a guys trip. Beds were comfortable and not old cheap mattresses. Easy to walk to downtown and get to Deer Valley.

Great location to town, Park City and Deer Valley resorts

Well-appointed comfortable 3-bedroom condo on second floor, with excellent customer service by Mountain West Rentals. Trine was very helpful & responsive to our needs :) Right on the main access road so bus route to Deer Valley and Park City resorts are minutes away. Big plus: 5 min walk to Main Street. Sleeps 12, but that includes a cot, couch and pullout. There are 2 king beds and a bunk room with 4 beds, and the kitchen table seats 6. It was perfect for our 2 families totaling 8. Would stay here again. Thank you !

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The location can't be beat! We loved having some cozy drinks and appetizers by the fire and then walking up to one of the outstanding restaurants on Main St.The non-skiers in our group had a wonderful time walking in the shops and grabbing lunch. The unit itself was BEAUTIFUL!! The beds were super comfortable and the entire property was beautifully designed. I can't wait to return!

Amazing location

This place was amazing to stay in. I booked it for all the bridesmaids for my wedding and we had ample space for everyone to sleep and great lighting to do hair and makeup the day of. You also can’t beat the location, it was a maybe 5 minute walk to main street which saves so much on having to call Ubers and such. 10/10 we had a great stay.

Great property that is updated and comfortable. Very nice kitchen appliances. Convenient location between Park City and Deer Valley. It’s on a busy street but it didn’t bother any of us at all.

Centrally Located Cabin in the Heart of it All

Location is everything, and this cabin has it all. Minutes walking from downtown, right on multiple bus lines that will take you to Park City, Deer Valley, and anywhere else on that side of the mountains. Cabin was in great condition - plenty of room for our group of ten, easily could sleep 2 or 3 more on couches. Hot tub was a great time and the garage was a bonus (gets your car off of parking 3+ blocks away).

Great Experience, Great Company , Awesome location Corner of Deer Valley Dr & Main

This was such a great location! Management response time was awesome when we had questions! There was a small late checkout fee when we asked to stay later than 10am, but we were fine with that and greatful to stay until Noon when we got permission. Definitely will return to this townhome!
