BA's BohoChic-steps to Rose District w/Hot Tub

BohoChic in the Rose District is a gorgeous 4bd/2.5 bath home with all the bells and whistles. The best part? The location! Walk to grab an amazing meal or a cup of coffee in the morning on Main Street. The Rose District is right there! This is a completely remodeled interior but the outside begs for you to BBQ or hang out by the firepit under the sails and patio lights! We know you'll love this home and all it has to offer!

We are a dog-friendly home! We allow one dog per stay with a $100 pet fee (plus tax), which covers deep cleaning and ozone treatments to ensure the home remains allergen-free for future guests.Please include your dog in the reservation. If you wish to bring more than one dog, please message us for prior approval.

For your safety and ours, a security camera is installed in the backyard by the hot tub area. We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor the footage. However, for liability purposes related to the hot tub and pool, we may review recordings if an issue arises. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

The location is convenient to Tulsa, Oolaga and Grand Lake. We enjoyed spending time at the Rose District. The property had all of the amenities of home. The dogs loved playing in the yard. We didn't hear "I'm bored" from our teens so it was a hit for all of us.

Perfect location, spotless, comfortable beds, great backyard for our dog and nice amenities! The hosts were excellent and reached out to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent here again!

The place was very clean and felt like home. The Property Owners kept in touch to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beds are very comfortable and we were able to get good night's rest.

This house was perfect for our family stay while attending a soccer tournament in Broken Arrow! Everything was very clean and well thought out! The bedrooms were large with lots of sleeping space. The boys really enjoyed having the hot tub to hang out in and relax between games. I only we wish we could’ve stayed a little longer to really get to enjoy the awesome outdoor space in the backyard. The hosts were awesome & I will definitely book here again if we luck into another tournament in the area!

The property had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space, which was super important to our family. Everything was clean. Loved the on demand hot water. The water pressure was low and the beds are pretty worn out but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wow! Thank you Emily for the great communication. I couldn’t believe all of the amenities that you had there from dental floss to laundry soap. There is nothing you need except for groceries but they even leave you snacks and plenty of coffee pods. We are very grateful and will stay there again when I’m back in Broken Arrow.

Spacious getaway

Our family came into town for our wedding, so we wanted to book something single story for grandma, but also something spacious to accommodate the different family members and their spouses. This was the perfect home in the perfect location!

Sibling vacation

My siblings and I all get together and spend a weekend together once a year , no spouses no children and catch up on each others lives this is a be place and we really enjoyed it !

Christmas time in Broken Arrow

We were in town visiting family in Broken Arrow and we love to stay in the Rose District - and this house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. A very short walk to Main Street and all the fun holiday activities. Will definitely try and book again for next year!

Labor Day Fun in Broken Arrow

My family had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The house was extremely clean and well stocked for anything we needed the entire time! The location was just a few quick blocks off of the Rose District and easily walkable to all the stores and restaurants around! If you are looking for a great house for a great price with amazing hostesses within Broken Arrow I would highly recommend!
