🚫 POOL CLOSURE FOR SUMMER 2025: Please note that the pool will be closed from June 2nd through August 18th, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. This timeline may be extended depending on the progress of the work. During this period, the gym, grill, fire pit, and part of the sky lounge will remain open and available for guest use as usual. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Loft 268 has the perfect combination of traditional Mexican decoration with modern design and amenities, located in the heart of the Romantic Zone.

Upon entering this home, you'll be delighted by the brick walls, colorful artwork and spacious living space. Located inside of one of the newest projects in the Romantic Zone - Loft 268 - this condo has the BEST location you could ask for. Located on Venustiano Carranza - one block from Basilio Badillo AKA Restaurant Row - all the best restaurants, shops, galleries and the beach are only steps away.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and conveniently hosts a bedside table on each side with lights overhead. A full bathroom with rain shower head is located ensuite.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, additional closet and can comfortably sleep two more guests. The small desk can be used to catch up on emails if you'll be staying connected on your travels. A second full bathroom is located across the hall.

The living area is spacious and provides seating for 4 on the sectional couch plus 2 single couches. Watch your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube on the large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen's quartz countertops and tile backsplash shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Meals are best served at the 6-top dining table.

This condo contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full size washer and dryer and security safe for your valuables.

Common Amenities

Loft 268 provides exceptional amenities with an innovative rooftop area that incorporates a large infinity edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with billiards table, BBQ area, fire pit, Jacuzzi and multiple sunning areas complete with lounge chairs and day beds - all with ocean and mountain views.

Security

This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning).
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace.
