Completely Renovated in January 2022 with all-new furnishings, bedding, appliances, kitchen cabinets, updated bathrooms, HVAC, and water heater. This modern condo features custom wood-like floors, quartz countertops, and rustic shiplap accent walls—making your vacation unforgettable. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen, and hallway.

Located in the Scenic Gulf Drive area of Miramar Beach, Beach Retreat is a quaint 4-story complex with just 44 units. This first-floor unit offers unobstructed panoramic Gulf views and easy access to 800 feet of private, gated beach—perfect for relaxing while enjoying sunrise and sunset with your favorite drink.

Saltwater Shores is ideal for families or friends, offering all the comforts of home with convenient walking paths, local coffee shops, and fantastic dining nearby (Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and more). Plus, you're just minutes away from frozen treats at Dairy Queen or a rainy day shopping spree at Silver Sands Outlets.

The condo has a fresh and breezy feel, with a remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Decorated in soft sea tones, it sleeps up to 9 guests with spacious open areas and a 65" Roku HDTV for family movie nights. The memory foam sleeper sofa provides extra comfort for two additional guests.

Master Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, custom linens, and a brand-new Therapedic Titania mattress with copper-infused gel for a restful sleep. It also includes a 55" Roku HDTV, USB ports, and a renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and LED mirror lighting.

Master Bedroom 2 features another king bed, custom linens, and a second Therapedic mattress. This room includes a 55" Roku HDTV, USB ports, and a renovated bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bunkbeds are ideal for both kids and adults, with a full-size bottom bunk and twin top bunk, both with new memory foam mattresses and 24" Roku HDTVs for streaming. USB ports next to each bunk for charging devices.

Additional features include a new washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

Beach Service: Enjoy two umbrellas and four chairs (Mid-March through October)—the only unit at Beach Retreat offering four chairs!

Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome with a 2-pet minimum.

Convenient Supplies: We provide dish soap, an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Guests should bring additional items like coffee, laundry detergent, beach towels, sunscreen, and any other necessities for an enjoyable stay.

Great location! Ground floor was perfect for us having our Pug Lola with us. View of the ocean was absolutely beautiful! Condo was clean and nicely remodeled and stocked with everything we needed. Owners were great and responded promptly to any inquires we had. The 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas with daily set up were a bonus at no extra cost. Would definitely stay here again!

Much Needed getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend in this condo. The location is perfection and every detail was thought through inside. We had some last minute changes and the owners were super flexible and accommodating. We will absolutely rent here again.

Best Stay Ever

This property was as advertised. It is beautiful on the inside and had a great view of the ocean and is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s. The owner’s were great, they checked in with me the day of arrival to see if we needed anything. I would definitely return to this condo.

Beautiful property!

My husband and i plus another couple had an amazing stay here. This condo was absolutely perfect. Very well taken care off. Clean and super cute! We loved all the updates and how easy it was to access the beach and pool! The owners are amazing. Woudl stay here again!

Best condo at Miramar Beach

This condo is great! The owners made the process so easy making customer service a 10 star! The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances, plenty of dishes, and utensils. The condo was very clean as well. I will definitely be returning!

Christmas break at the beach!

The property and location are fantastic. Nicely updated but with a "beachy" feel, super comfy beds, nice linens, great shower & bathroom, excellent TVs in all the rooms. Awesome view of the beach from the living room and a very short walk to the beach entrance. Nice restaurants within walking distance and nice walking trails/sidewalk. The hosts were great as well - very communicative without being overbearing. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

WONDERFUL

Our stay was great. The condo was fresh and clean as well as updated. Even though guests can bring their dogs to stay there, you would never know it! The place was SPOTLESS. We will definitely stay at this place again.

Planning to return

Property is just as listed; updated, clean, the views, all of it! It was very convenient being on the ground floor with zero step entry. Easy loading/unloading & letting our pup out. Wonderful pool directly across the parking lot. You can’t beat the unobstructed views of the emerald ocean from the sliders. We have already considered booking this same property for next year. Love that it’s pet friendly and the location can’t be beat!

Family Trip

This unit is not only in a great location directly facing Miramar Beach, but the unit is decorated beautifully, appliances are new and beds are so comfortable. There is plenty of stocked small appliances, dishes, utensils. Our family visited the beach daily, walked and drove to many restaurants and shopping. Would not hesitate to return.

Awesome vacation

Everything about this place was perfect. The place is beautiful with such a great view of the ocean. It is close to everything and within walking distance of some restaurants. Robin was an exceptional host and checked on us and gave recommendations for places to eat and things to do our first day. My 5 year old even said besides the sand the condo was his favorite thing! The upgrades just make this condo feel like a home away from home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved it and your family will too!

Beautiful, spacious, and convenient to everything!

This condo was absolutely perfect, and the owners were so kind and helpful. We loved the layout of the condo and the view is incredible. Pictures do not do it justice. The place was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed for cooking big dinners for 6 people. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the atmosphere while kids played and people walked their pups. This place isn’t lacking in anything you need for a beach trip and has so many perks. The beach service is very unique to this condo since it comes with 4 chairs. You won’t have to fight for a spot each morning, as they will set you on the reserved list (be sure to tip them!!). We had beautiful weather and the water was great with just a day or two of a little June grass. We will definitely be booking again and can’t wait to come back!
