We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Retreat. The condo had everything we needed. Very clean, nicely decorated. Beautiful view off the balcony. Loved waking up to the ocean. We brought our 2 dogs with us and it was perfect. We would go for a walk every morning and evening. The pool is also nice and it was never crowded. We would stay here again!

Nice views! Although we didn’t realize hwy 98 was in between our unit and the beach, We loved the location and would consider staying again.

Stunning

My family and I vacationed here for a week and this condominium in a whole was fantastic! Location was spot on, views were amazing and the condo was perfectly sized for our family of 5. Also being pet friendly in an amazing condo was a plus plus for our family! We will definitely stay again!

Annual Fall Visit

We have visited Miramar Beach about a dozen or more times and have stayed in several condos and private homes. This was however our first stay at Beach Retreat and we could not have been more pleased. The view is excellent the condo was very well decorated, very clean and extremely quiet. . We would definitely stay again.

So comfortable

We just returned from our short getaway and I can’t say enough great things about this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the condo was perfect and well appointed. We were able to drop our things and just stare at the ocean, which was the main goal! The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean and well maintained. Very impressed and will be back! Thank you !

Great location

It's a great location. One of our biggest concerns before we got there was the road traffic going to be horrible, and it wasn't at all. What really sold us on this property was they are truly pet friendly, not small purse dog friendly. We were allowed to bring our black lab with us. It was very nice to be able to walk to dinner, or for ice cream, and to local shops. We recommend beach retreat, and we would stay here again in the future.

Destin "Oasis"

This beautifully decorated condo with breathtaking views definitely succeeded our expectations! We can't wait to return!! Conveniently located (within walking distance) to many of our favorite restaurants Kenny D's, Pompano Joes and Crab Shack. Provided peace of mind about transporation. We enjoyed easy access to the loveky beach, the perfectly maintained pool and hot tub. Definitely the perfect Beach Retreat! Highly recommend this place! Thank you

Very nice property with a gorgeous view of the gulf.

Everything was good, except the weather. Great place for family with kids - great bank beds with individual tv for each. Apartment well equipped with everything working. The only thing that needs improvement is outdated WiFi - definitely needs an upgrade. Other than that, highly recommend.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATION, BEAUTIFUL, GREAT VIEW

Our stay at Beach Retreat 404 far exceeded our families expectations, the condo was so beautiful, clean and well maintained, we had all the amenities anyone could ever desire. it is hard to know when making a reservation online, if the photos accurately reflect the property, In the past, we have found that some pet friendly rentals are just not as nice and not truly kept clean, but not in this case! This condo was even more beautiful than the online photos showed. Our family, including our four legged buddies, truly felt at home. We relaxed and enjoyed the pristine beaches and clear waters in Destin. We will come back again and again, and rent from Renee and Laura who are very welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic family vacation. We have already been telling our friends to vacation at Beach Retreat. Thanks for an awesome vacation, Lisa

Lisa, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review on your stay. I agree with you, no matter what I do I can not really ever get photos that show how pretty this condo is! . We really want all of our guest to feel at home, two legged or four legged. Before starting our company we would travel with our four legged family members, finding a upscale condo that would take the entire family was like finding a diamond in the rough. Honestly that is where we got the idea to start our business. I am so glad we have exceeded your expectations! That is exactly what we were shooting for! This condominium was a great place to stay! I was hesitant to book a unit that had a street between the complex and the beach, but it was actually convenient and less difficult to get to the beach than a lot of other places I have stayed at that were ocean front with no road separating the beach from where we stayed. The condo is nicely decorated, roomy and has everything you need. It was also quiet and we didn’t hear the neighbors sliding doors open/close or people walking around. The only negative was that both bedroom mattresses are not in good shape and need to be replaced. They both sag and one of the mattresses had a spring that wedged into your body while lying down. We did bring our large yellow lab with and she was happy to be there. There are a lot of dog friendly condos at Miramar Beach and everyone was very receptive to all the dogs who traveled with their families. The beaches here are beautiful and our family has decided that we will no longer travel to east coast beach destinations or travel further into Florida for future trips because these beaches are stunning and there aren’t many other beaches that compare to the soft quartz sand and the beautiful, clear water in this area. We never used the pool area because we enjoy the beach more than anything, but there were lots of other people using the facilities daily. I would rent this same condo again when we return as long as the owners replace the mattresses.

Amazing location! Walk right across the street to the beach. Easy access to pool also! Always plenty of parking, great view from the balcony, and quiet at night. Quick and easy access to local restaurants, shops, etc. perfect for our small family!

The condo was very clean and the location was great!

The location was great! Across from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and apartment

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The pictures don’t do justice. It is very quiet inside and a beautiful view with plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. The bunks are a very nice treat for young kids.

Senior Trip

Property was great. It was listed for 9 people and was adequate yet a little small. Would have been ideal for two families with a few children. Loved the location and beach access was very easy.
