Wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Mt Rainier! Right next to Basecamp, so you can just walk next door for live music, a beer, and a bite. Great way to end the day after a long hike. We had a great time!

Location 10/10, ambiance 10/10. The mattress left something to desire, the flannel sheets were scratchy rather than cozy, but we were still able to enjoy a nap and full nights rest after our hikes. It was about a 40 minute drive to paradise, and absolutely would stay here again.

Well appointed and clean. Plenty of towels and a beautiful property. The room had a cabin feel and I loved the porcelain kitchen sink. It’s right next door to a very popular walk up ski/mountaineering grill with outdoor seating. Very close to Ranier Park entrance.

Emmons room was nice and cozy for a weekend getaway. The projection screen was pretty cool. We enjoyed the games they provided and relaxing in the room and on the property. They did not provide fire starters or a lighter for the fire pit, so plan to bring your own.

Fantastic and lovely cabin suite! I booked this place as a solo writing retreat, and it was everything I wanted. Table in front of a big, bay window overlooking a garden; fireplace for cozy vibes; and the cabin aesthetic that soothes the soul. I didn't venture outside much (I came to write!) because of the rain, but the property was beautiful and when the sun did peak out, birds played in the gazebo. I would definitely come back in the future!

Cute little cabin. I the only thing that would make it better were newer sheets. I am sure that they were clean, but I think they were old flannel sheets. They were pilled quite badly. New white sheets would have been perfect.

Perfect retreat

This was a cozy, clean, and nicely appointed place to stay. The owner and staff were attentive but also gave us plenty of privacy. We loved having the hot tub and nice back yard for unwinding after a day hiking in Mount Rainier National Park. There is a fun outdoor restaurant right next door that served good food in a laid back atmosphere. It was very quiet at night and easy to sleep here. I would stay here again in a heart beat....just forgot to bring a book. There is no TV, but we enjoyed the radio very much.

Cozy little place!

When looking for a place to stay by Mt Ranier we came across this little gem! This place has some old time charm! The design and layout of the room was perfect for the 2 of us. The outside has tables and chairs you can sit on to enjoy the weather or the beautiful landscape yard ! And the hot tub was awesome especially after hiking all day! It’s in great location for everything you need !!!

It was so nice to not have tv as a distraction. We played games and enjoyed the hot tub and the beauty and quiet of nature!! We want to plan a longer trip and stay here again!

Beautiful mountain stay

What a great stay near Mt. Rainier! Everything was as described. So cozy and comfortable. Owners were very responsive. We will definitely stay again if in this area.

Awesome Experience!

My fiancé and I spent the night at the Emmons cabin and we could not have been more satisfied. The entire ambiance was cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and wish we would have had time to build a fire at the awesome fire pit. The bed was super comfortable and we felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back!
