Located at Sunset Waterfront Resort on Sunset Drive, only a block from Prospera Place, and a short walk to the downtown restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, etc . Many new local craft breweries are in the area, as well as the casino and boutique shopping. Three of Kelowna's finest restaurants are at the end of the block: Waterfront Wines, Erica Jane and Bouchons. Analog Coffee and the Cuban Cafe are also at the end of the block.

Easy to explore the city with a Walk Score of 77/100, Public Transit; several bus stops nearby, Lime Scooter and Bike Rentals just down the block, Uber and Taxi cabs available, Only blocks to Hwy 97, and easy access to the Bennet Bridge connecting West Kelowna. A very quiet corner unit, the east-facing windows receive good morning light and beautiful sunrise views over the city.

Covered balcony. Fully air-conditioned. Both bedrooms and separate bathrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, offering extra privacy.

Granite countertops throughout, large pantry, stainless appliances, new Weber BBQ on deck, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you will need. We leave a starter amount of coffee and laundry soap, and provide bath and dish soaps.

Queen size bed, large window with city views, blackout curtains, closet space. The second bathroom is right next to it with tub and shower. Bedroom and bathroom is opposite side to the master.

PARKING:
There is one parking stall included on the 2nd floor parkade in the building. Please inquire if you require boat moorage.
Parking restrictions: Maximum height 6′ 8″, width & length equal to ~150 crew-cab size truck. Street parking is also an option (ask for details).

- Knox Mountain Park has tennis courts, pickleball courts, amazing hiking and history and is only 12 blocks away
- Tugboat Beach is directly behind the resort
- Several new local craft breweries have opened in the last 4 years only blocks away
- The inflatable WIBIT water park and the children's spray park are about 10 blocks away
- The Rotary Marshes and wetlands area are steps away, and home to an Osprey nest, ducks, and the beautiful Painted Turtles.
- The art galleries, museums and cultural centre very close.

Access to Tugboat Beach (right behind the resort) is through the nature sanctuary just north of the neighboring building. It connects to a boardwalk that leads you to the downtown area, through the parks and beaches, past the Delta Grand. A beautiful walk.


BICYCLES
*** Please note we do not have a locked bike room in the building to ensure bike security, and can’t guarantee there will be room to chain bikes onto the bike racks in the parkade. Bikes aren’t allowed in the elevator or in condo as per building rules. Please inquire for details if you’re planning to bring bicycles.

We have been operating our short-term rental properties in Kelowna since 2015 with our own highly-experienced housekeeping and management staff. We are not a large property management company, you are guaranteed to get the unit you book.

CANCELLATION: Our cancellation policy is as shown on the VRBO listing. Unfortunately we are unable to alter it or push reservations into next year. We only refund if the condo is uninhabitable for some reason, so please have travel and /or cancellation insurance in place if you feel it is necessary, through places such as your credit card company, your provider (such as CAA for example) to protect yourself in case of personal health or natural events/disasters.

If you do need to cancel and don’t have insurance in place, we are willing to try to rebook the condo and will then refund you what we are able to recoup, less an administration fee.
