Built around a lake, the Storey Lake resort boasts tons of fun attractions like pool with lazy river, two water slides and splash pad. You'll also have access to a sandy beach area, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and outdoor sports. When its time to eat, grab a bite at the poolside cafe or check out the clubhouse with lounge, a workout facility and business center.

This house is located in a very secure neighbourhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.

Overall, the property felt like it needed a thorough deep clean and some updates to the furnishings and climate control. It served its basic purpose as a place to stay, but we wouldn’t book again without significant improvements. The furniture was fragile ,uncomfortable and frankly outdated. Headboards in Frozen room cracked with sound at the slightest movement. The air conditioning could not effectively cool the three bedrooms upstairs. The lack of effective cooling and uncomfortable furniture made this long 9 nights.

Wasn't exactly as described and somewhat different than pictures. It does not have 2 master suite, the downstairs king bed has a bathroom outside the room it's not connected. Where the tables fit together was very dirty and the shower curtain looked questionable. There are no washcloths so when it says all linens they are referring to towels and hand towels. The seating for the living room was nothing as pictured, there was a couch, no chairs and only 2 bar stools. Part of the check in instructions was not to set air conditioner below 72, I'm not sure that it ever reached 72 the whole week and the upstairs was miserable hot when trying to sleep even with all available ceiling fan on hi. The true master was upstairs but the bed was not comfortable at all unless you like a very hard surface. If you do alot of cooking and have a large group you would want to take additional large skillet only small pans provided. Sliding doors to the pool were very hard to open and close. Luckily I took extra supplies as they did not supply paper towels as is described. It was a nice location and the property seemed nice just a little rundown. There is no water pressure in the showers so count on a long shower especially if you have thick hair. There were times when in the pool there was a strong Marijuana smell from the neighbors. Space was roomy just not enough seating in living room, bedrooms good size but not that there are weight limits on the bunk beds if you have teens.

We checked the amenities and equipment mentioned in the review to ensure everything is in good working condition. The air conditioning system was also inspected and is working properly. Given Florida’s hot weather, we do recommend keeping all doors and windows closed while the AC is running to help the home maintain a comfortable temperature. Regarding supplies, we provide a starter package of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, and other basic items. Since the home is self-catering, guests staying for longer periods are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed. We will continue to make improvements and provide our guests with a comfortable stay.

Disney Trip

Overall very nice place! Clean and good location! We did wish they included a few additional necessity items like hand soap upon arrival. The couch also needs to be replaced as it has many rips and tears in it.

Beautiful Townhome!

This was our first trip as a big blended family. The townhome was exactly as beautiful and clean as pictured and the owners were so easy to work with and get in touch with. The whole neighborhood was pretty quiet. Will stay here again!

Clean and as advertised

It’s a great place to stay with 5 kids - family of 7. Plenty of room for everyone and their things. We only stayed a few nights, and were not there much during the day, so not quite enough time to require purchasing lots of groceries or household needs like laundry soap, etc, (which made us plan meals and chores more efficiently) but it would be very ideal for a large family staying a week. Would definitely stay again.

Great house to stay.

The house is beautiful and affordable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. I went with my 7 kids and husband last minute after our out of town vacation had to be canceled due to the hurricane. Though we were bummed to not go visit family this house helped make that up. Kids played in the pool all day and it’s only 2 blocks away from the clubhouse with the bigger pool and lazy river. Thanks again so much to Emily and Keven the hosts we had a blast.

Family Vaca!

The property was very nice, close to stores and attractions (we went to Universal). It was great we had access to other communities with pools/water activities. But of course it is peak season so everything was very busy and took quite some time to get to but overall it took care of our needs. One thing was we had 1 towel for each person staying but no wash cloths, that would have been nice with having little ones but no biggie we made it. Thanks for a great trip and memories made!

Great place and resort!

Second time at Storey Lake, 1st at this property. Only complaint about the rental is that the cleaning crew could have done a better job, there was a clump of hair in the downstairs shower drain. Other than that it as very clean and nice. As far as the resort, they could use about 50+ more chairs around the pool, and there is plenty of space for them. The pool is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The food at the pool bar is surprisingly good. The hosts of this property were awesome!

Nothing special missing some daily stuff

I enjoyed the stay but some things could’ve use improvement. This is the first place I stay that didn’t have coffee and enough towels. They wanted us to take the trash out but didn’t provide enough trash bags for the stay. 4 nights two trash bags for 8 people. Make it make sense!

Storey Lake 2023

The location was excellent. The amenities when working were great. My kids love the clubhouse. The Bronson Club house had no heat for water activities, and our house rental also had a problem with heating our private pool. We were very disappointed that the pool was not fixed during our stay despite frequent reminders and requests.

Great for the Family

We had an amazing time! Great location within the resort and for other local attractions. Nice quick walk to the smaller resort pool with the lazy River, and just a short golf cart ride to the larger, main pool with splash pad, slides and other activities. Our group age ranged from 2-60 years old and there was plenty to do for everyone. We enjoyed having our own private pool for early morning and late night dips. Clean and comfortable beds with plenty of space for everyone. We appreciated having a kitchen stocked with cookware and other tools for less dining out. Check out was really easy (aside from just not wanting to leave the beautiful weather and resort) and any communication with the host was seamless. We’ll definitely be keeping this rental in mind for future Florida visits and would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Thank you for the wonderful trip and the memories to go along with it!
