Welcome to Elegant Dream Villa !

This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a King bed, with direct access to the pool; a second master with Queen Bed with direct access to the pool . The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom .
2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each .
Each bedroom has Flat screen TV.
The screened in, private pool fully fenced for more privacy and South facing .
Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led TV

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board .
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. cable and wireless internet are included.

One level home. Garden tub in main suite. 2 themed room with shared bathroom. Good sized pool with optional heating. Dishwasher, Keurig and plenty of cooking supplies. Game room. TVs everywhere. Corner lot, low traffic, and park across the street. Very nice, will definitely rebook.

All 9 of us had 23 wonderful nights in this villa. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Great communication with owner when we had an issue which was resolved promptly. Lovely quiet area, we didn’t hear any noise through the day or evening from any neighbouring properties. Kids enjoyed the games room and pool.

Yearly family vacation

The property was nice. The couch had staining and some wallpaper had been tore on a kitchen wall. There were things that were dated and needed replaced but overall was a good stay for the minimal time we spent in the house. The pool made the trip for the kids.

My stay

After check in we noticef ants in a room and in the kitchen near the trash can, i notified the owner, he suggusted sending out pest control to take care of the ptoblem. Not enough bath rags had 3 rags out of a whole 2 day stay, but plenty of towels. Besides that all good.

My family and I stayed a week. It was a great house. My kids loved the heated pool. When I contacted the proper manager the response was immediate. Wonderful rental! I would definitely recommend. recommend.

Beautiful house and great location

We loved our stay here! We loved the pool, updates in the home, and great location. There’s a cute park just 3 houses down too! :) The manager was very responsive to questions and check in was seamless. The only feedback I would give is that some small repairs need to be made- pool light worked minimally, some outlets didn’t work,some outlet covers were broken, some wallpaper needs replacing, tv in the garage didn’t work, and Minnie headboard didn’t light up. Also the listing stated there was a bbq grill which until I asked when we got there we thought was included- but was told it was an extra fee. I also needed to inquire before the trip if pool heating was a fee- this was super worth the money but feel it would be helpful to list this on the listing so guests can choose ahead of time to add these on and not have unexpected fees. Overall, thank you for a great vacation with beautiful memories! Would recommend for families with little ones :)

Very nice accommodations

Location was perfect for a Disney vacation without the high price of staying on property. And it is across the street from a park - and added bonus for us with a toddler. House was furnished well with linens and dishes so we didn't have to wash towels and dishes daily. The house is worn though with some wallpaper missing and many marks on the walls, ceiling, and floors. Overall a nice place to stay.

It was a very quiet neighborhood, the house had a few things that didn't work but nothing big. The house was spacious. We didn't pay to have the pool heated but would recommend to pay the fee, it was way to cold to use. It was a good place to stay.

We needed a last minute home and this home took care of our needs. About 15 mins from Disney parks, close to stores and restaurants. Very convenient.

The property was good, spacious with enough bedrooms and washrooms. Some basic supplies in the kitchen could be added like a coffee maker,. Some basic spices could be stocked up so the guests don't have to run around for even tea or coffee as soon as we reach.Also toileteries can be added in the wahrooms like handwash etc. The villa is in a nice neighborhood and close to Disneyworld.Overall a good experience!

Great location, wonderful for family or couples. The pool was wonderful You gotta make sure that if you pay to get it heated, you get it heated Layout is set out wonderful three master bedrooms and two bedrooms that share a bathroom for the kids with twin beds wonderful. We rented this house for a family reunion and it was a great choice. It provided private spaces for two couples, two teenagers, a child, and a single person. The location is just perfect to go to the parks and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The check in & out process was easy to do on our own. There was no hot water in the showers, however, that was not a deal breaker for us in September. We definitely recommend this property and would like to rent it again!

Good Location - massive insect problem

Lovely property inside, well decorated and nice pool area. Massive insect problem. There were ants everywhere in the house, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms. We would rinse the bath and showers and 5 minutes later covered in ants. Same in the kitchen all over the worktops despite cleaning all the time. Previous guests must of informed the owners as the day after we arrived pest controlled turned up we hadn't called yet. Then we made contact with the property management team and owners. They sent pest control out nearly every 2/3 days of our stay for 12 nights and there was no improvement. Owner would reply quickly and thank me for the pictures of the house covered in ants then that was it. Children hated going to bed as there were ants everywhere. We would hoover there bedrooms before bedtime and dust the ants off the sheets. shame really as nice property.

For 8day no hot water in this house.

The house is spacious and the room's are big . I also manage house back in the Bahamas and if there is a problem can reach me at any time day or night. This house is very poor when at responding to call or email. I got in on Saturday and call on Sunday, no answer. On Wednesday someone show up and said he come to how alook at the heater .and left then someone else came and said its working, it work for about an hour . Try call leave messages and no response. .i just think uts poor management.

The property is in a great location, is well maintained. I think they need to ensure the place is clean for the new guests because we found dead ants by the windows. We had some issues but Michael contacted me the same day to resolved them.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
