December 2022 : Brand new sofa and brand new high quality mattresses
This luxurious and well appointed 5 bedroom villa features : 1 master bedroom with a King bed, with direct access to the pool; a second master with Queen Bed with direct access to the pool . The third bedroom with queen bed with the third bathroom .
2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each .
Each bedroom has Flat screen TV.
The screened in, private pool fully fenced for more privacy and South facing .
Enjoy the spacious, covered lanai with many chaise loungers, table, chairs and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65 inch led TV, blue ray DVD .

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board .
There is a fantastic new billiards/games room. Linens and towels are provided. cable and wireless internet are included.

It was a very quiet neighborhood, the house had a few things that didn't work but nothing big. The house was spacious. We didn't pay to have the pool heated but would recommend to pay the fee, it was way to cold to use. It was a good place to stay.

Great villa for our holiday. Plenty of space with good in villa facilities (excluding the garage). Same location that we have always used so we know that is great too.

Good deal and close to Disney

We needed a last minute home and this home took care of our needs. About 15 mins from Disney parks, close to stores and restaurants. Very convenient.

Good

The property was good, spacious with enough bedrooms and washrooms. Some basic supplies in the kitchen could be added like a coffee maker,. Some basic spices could be stocked up so the guests don't have to run around for even tea or coffee as soon as we reach.Also toileteries can be added in the wahrooms like handwash etc. The villa is in a nice neighborhood and close to Disneyworld.Overall a good experience!

Great rental

Great location, wonderful for family or couples. The pool was wonderful You gotta make sure that if you pay to get it heated, you get it heated Layout is set out wonderful three master bedrooms and two bedrooms that share a bathroom for the kids with twin beds wonderful. Great to get off by yourself if you want to in your own rooms Beautiful home close by everything and anything

We rented this house for a family reunion and it was a great choice. It provided private spaces for two couples, two teenagers, a child, and a single person. The location is just perfect to go to the parks and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The check in & out process was easy to do on our own. There was no hot water in the showers, however, that was not a deal breaker for us in September. We definitely recommend this property and would like to rent it again!

Good Location - massive insect problem

Lovely property inside, well decorated and nice pool area. Massive insect problem. There were ants everywhere in the house, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms. We would rinse the bath and showers and 5 minutes later covered in ants. Same in the kitchen all over the worktops despite cleaning all the time. Previous guests must of informed the owners as the day after we arrived pest controlled turned up we hadn't called yet. Then we made contact with the property management team and owners. They sent pest control out nearly every 2/3 days of our stay for 12 nights and there was no improvement. Owner would reply quickly and thank me for the pictures of the house covered in ants then that was it. Children hated going to bed as there were ants everywhere. We would hoover there bedrooms before bedtime and dust the ants off the sheets. shame really as nice property.

For 8day no hot water in this house.

The house is spacious and the room's are big . I also manage house back in the Bahamas and if there is a problem can reach me at any time day or night. This house is very poor when at responding to call or email. I got in on Saturday and call on Sunday, no answer. On Wednesday someone show up and said he come to how alook at the heater .and left then someone else came and said its working, it work for about an hour . Try call leave messages and no response. .i just think uts poor management.

The property is in a great location, is well maintained. I think they need to ensure the place is clean for the new guests because we found dead ants by the windows. We had some issues but Michael contacted me the same day to resolved them.

Great experience but 72 is hot.

I stayed at property for my graduation, vacation, family and friends time. We enjoyed the home thoroughly except the thermostat setting. Temps were in the high 90s our entire stay and being unable to set thermostat no lower than 72 is not reasonable. Paying an additional $95.00 for an early check-in is also unreasonable. I think renters should consider, we do not check-in until 4pm, half the day is gone then MUST check out before 10am. That is a lot of time lost. The property is just as listed so I would highly recommend staying and I would also stay again, just hope you reconsider my concerns.

Great House Great Time

This was our second stay here. So glad we came back. Really nice house. Extremely clean and well laid out. Everyone had their own separate area and bathroom with a large area to congregate. Quick ride to Disney as well as a ton of restaurants and stores. We will be back.

Nice Place close to everything

Evey thing was pretty much as described. Clean - roomy - 5 adults stood here. Very comfortable. TV and ceiling lights and fans - weird controls. Clock in Kitchen needs battery. Inconsistent information on garbage days from book - fridge and front door - different dates. Felt that the kitchen pans could use upgrade- Need at least on large frying pan. Would be nice if you had some basic kitchen amenities like salt & pepper; storage bags; saran wrap; condiments etc. We stood at home instead of hotel so we could cook once in a while having to buy everything and then toss because can't bring on plane; was a waste. Xtra paper towels and toilet paper would be nice. I dropped a pen between couch and had to move couch - not super clean under couch. Xtra towels was nice along with pool towels. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to parks. I would rent here again. Thanks!

Would recommend

Great stay (4 nights) with amenities as advertised, very responsive host. As a suggestion to the owners: add more sunbeds (there are only 3), add more glassware (wine & champagne), the pool area could use some special care (remove cigarette buds, tile cleaning, remove leave debris and weed. Great quiet neighborhood.

Comfort with style

Was so nice having so much space to relax. Pool was amazing. Great location. Very clean. Could use a few little updates like grab bars and nonslip strips in tubs. Communication with management was seemless. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay!

We had such a great time staying at this house!! None of us wanted to leave. The kid themed rooms with twin beds were perfect and so fun for them. The layout of the house overall is wonderful with each bedroom having their own private space and bathrooms right next to them. It was perfect for our group of 8 people. We absolutley loved the pool, having that heated in March was essential and we were able to go in it whenever we wanted. The location was great too, by lots of shops, mini golf, food, theme parks, etc. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness is because we had to rewash some of the silverware and dishes and the gameroom was a little outdated. But overall, we'd LOVE to stay here again!!

Listing really needs updating

I want to start off by saying we enjoyed our stay. With that said, there were many things that need to change. First of all, please update the listing. Many things have changed including furniture. Second, please invest in new linen. My bed sheets were stained. I understand that it was still clean but the appearance was not pleasant. The mattresses also need some TLC. They were very, very uncomfortable. Finally, the cleaning was not up to par. Maybe they rushed the cleaning but the floors were not the cleanest. Again, I want to end with saying, we had a good stay but this little things really made the house not as appealing as the photos show.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
