My family and I had a great time, we stayed 9nights and we definitely enjoyed it so much my kids loved the pool and they had lots of fun in the garage with the all the fun games they have kids loved it. And all the rooms are very comfortable!And the house is clean just needs a more deep cleaning in the blinds, base boards ceiling fans and walls. And if you have a stay over 4 or more days you need more toiletries they only provide for some days. But over all this was a wonderful stay for us!! If possible we will definitely come back here.

Our family of seven had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids after long days at the parks.The location was excellent. Disney, Universal, restaurants, and grocery stores were all convenient to reach, yet the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Check-in was simple, and communication throughout our stay was clear and helpful.This home provided exactly what we were looking for: a comfortable, well-maintained base for our Orlando vacation. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to other families visiting the area.

Great location in a quaint area however highways around can be busy. Would have nice to known before hand to bring your own body wash, shampoo, salt/pepper and oil etc. Overall a nice and spacious place perfect for families to enjoy. Very effective communication with the host.

Clean, and comfortable. Furniture different from photos, but comfortable. Host and property manager were responsive when wind/rain storm tore the screen around the pool. It was repaired in a timely manner.

everything was great me and my family had a great time. The pool was warm, the house was nice and clean. Restrooms were stocked with utility items. Had plenty of pool towels. washer and dryer worked fine. Close proximity to WDW. will definitely use this house again!!

The pool was great for the kids to play I do recommend to get the pool heated. I had decided not too but was a little cold ., lol . Ether that the house was in a perfect location to drive to all the parks ( Disney and universal and others ) also very clean and perfect for a family of 10 . Lots of rooms for everyone . I definitely recommend the house if you have a big family and plenty of driving. Also the owner had everything you needed from cooking to cleaning and laundry.

A nice stay. Had an issue with the heat as it was 25 degrees the last couple of days. But this was dealt with to our satisfaction. Nice house, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Well appointed.

The villa is in a great location. It’s a great size with a nice size pool deck. In my opinion, the house is in need of investment. It’s looking tired in areas. Holes and deep scratches on walls, mould on a shower curtain, furniture past its best, pans fit for the bin, ironing board but no cover, weeds on pool deck, pool in need of a paint, pool furniture lacking and what there is, is old and in need of replacing. Only three mix match chairs and two sun loungers for a villa that sleeps 10.On our stay, the second master bedroom smelled very strongly of smoke, so much so we couldn’t use the room. Luckily for our group there was an extra bedroom however there was no blind or curtains for the top section of the window. The house had a stale smell on entry and it villa is in need of a deep clean in my opinion. The host responded in a timely manner but could not rectify the smoke smell. Very disappointing. We booked this based on the positive cleanliness reviews but I’m afraid our experience was different to this. I have submitted photos to the host so hopefully this can be rectified for future guests.

All 9 of us had 23 wonderful nights in this villa. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Great communication with owner when we had an issue which was resolved promptly. Lovely quiet area, we didn’t hear any noise through the day or evening from any neighbouring properties. Kids enjoyed the games room and pool.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
