The star of the show is the two-story wall of glass that brings in the breathtaking views of the mountains. The open-concept layout seamlessly blends the great room and kitchen, making it easy for guests to gather, cook, and relax together. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a separate wet bar—perfect for entertaining. Breakfast bar seating and a cozy dining nook offer ample space for shared meals, with access to both front and rear decks so you can enjoy stunning views while you dine.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor decks. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms await—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—each featuring a private ensuite bathroom and its own balcony with incredible panoramic views. A spacious loft overlooking the main living area is also located on the third floor, featuring an arcade game. For even more fun, head down to the lower-level game room, which doubles as Bedroom 4. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- This home can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional 4 beyond bed count. Game room downstairs has a futon that can be utilized for sleeping and Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.
Parking Details:
Guests can park 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Max cars 4.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
