House was spacious and comfortable for two families with kids. Kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets and cooking pots and pans. Game room was a hit, and the hosts were great communicators and suggested some good places to go. Only thing we wish was better was that there was an easy way to walk or bike to the lake from the house, but we were able to drive 4 mins to a great spot to get in the water.

Property was as promised. Location great . Only suggestion told to pack out trash. Unfortunately city run trash collection location was closed . Created a daily issue .

We had a great time at this house. The game room was full of great activities to play for all ages. The kitchen is fully loaded and we loved the huge marble table in the kitchen. We would definitely go back.

House was clean and ready for check in. Very spacious worked great for our group and the game room was great for the kids. We did wish the doors had screen doors on them so we could leave themOpen for cross breeze and the master shower while spacious- could use a different shower head. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with so much cookware!

Great family house with a fun garage game room. Kitchen is great and fully stocked. House is spacious. Cons - Besides the 3 beds, the sleeping arrangements were a bit tough. the house has no AC which made it uncomfortable on hot days. The spa was gross and unusable.

This was one of the most impressive cabins we’ve ever stayed at in big bear. Very well kept and the whole process was super smooth. Love that it was pet friendly. So rare. Most places look the part online but this one checks out. Only wish it had a second spare half bath downstairs. But it was what we expected and more.

Very beautiful cabin in a quiet, cozy neighborhood. Hot tub could have been turned on to heat a bit sooner to be used the first night after a long drive, but it was a great property. The heated, furnished garage with games was a plus… our teenager stayed in there the whole stay pretty much. Lots of kitchen amenities and cozy gas fireplaces/heating to take the cool chill off.

This place is great. Great location, great house with all the listed amenities. Check in was smooth and all communication was spot on.There were a few cobwebs here and there. The top for the hot tub was falling apart and, although I didn't have a test kit with me, I'm nearly positive that the chemicals weren't quite right in the hot tub water. It just kinda had a funny smell, not the chlorine smell normally associated with hot tubs.I would stay here again.

What an absolutely gorgeous property nestled among the towering pines! This cabin had the perfect cozy, home-away-from-home feeling. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and there were plenty of oversized, cozy blankets. Our teenagers loved the game room and hot tub, and we especially enjoyed the expansive decking, spacious yard, and peaceful mountain setting. A few things worth mentioning: The listing advertises grocery shopping and refrigerator stocking with 24-hour notice, but that information wasn’t accurate, so we had to shop upon arrival. A little inconvenient, but not a huge deal. The living room couches are worn and stained, and leather might be a worthwhile upgrade. We noticed a few spiders and ants, which is somewhat expected in the mountains. The master bedroom fireplace doesn’t work, and that room is significantly colder than the rest of the house. The French doors also don’t properly latch or lock, making privacy tricky when traveling with teenagers! Also, the hot and cold shower controls are labeled backward. Despite these inconveniences, we were thoroughly impressed! The beautiful setting and thoughtful amenities made for a memorable family getaway. We fell completely in love with Big Bear and would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous Family Getaway

This was such a lovely home and we had a great family trip. The place is super clean and I am super picky so I would never just say that. The pictures in the listing are accurate. I love the big window and the view was very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything with this place was wonderful. It felt clean with the perfect combination of rustic cabin and modern amenities. The huge fully insulated and finished garage made for an awesome game room. There's a heater but we didn't even need it it didn't get cold in there. We would definitely go back
