This house was perfect for our stay in Chicago ! It was just as described, cute and comfy. Had a nice little patio where we could relax and plan our day :) West Town Bakery was right around the corner, delicious coffee & donuts !! Will have to try their breakfast sandwiches next time ! Had a few questions & our host Amy was very very quick to respond :) This place was awesome and would definitely stay here again :)

Nice location. Went for a concert at United Center, just down the road, super easy to get to. The place is easy to find and get in and out. All amenities available, we didnt find ourself needing anything. Densely populated area, constant foot traffic, which shouldnt be a surprise. Everyone seemed nice enough. Grocery store around corner. Awesome bakery around the corner, go early, the Guillotine Bakery.

We had an amazing visit to see the B1G 10 Tournament at The United Center- GREAT, walkable location with nearby restaurants/breweries to enjoy- Fantastic spaces to gather with super comfy couch, lots of amenities in the kitchen and modern bathroom spaces- Laundry, outdoor patio and private garage were special extras! Host was super responsive, helpful and flexible with check out. Highly recommend!!

Amy and Dan are terrific hosts: friendly, welcoming, great communication. And the flat is fantastic: a perfect mix of gorgeous and comfy. My friends and I had a wonderful time here, and if we find ourselves gathering in Chicago again, Amy and Dan will be the first hosts I reach out to for a perfect place to stay.

Perfect mini spring break stay

This spot was lovely for our family’s spring break visit to Chicago! We enjoyed the West Town location (walkable to Roots, West Town Bakery and Breakfast House) and commutable to the tourist spots as well! Thanks!

My stay was excellent. The West Town neighborhood was great. The property was ultra clean and beautifully decorated. The host was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your response Wendy. We were happy to host you. Regarding parking - it’s described in our listing how large vehicles won’t fit. I also indicated this in advance of your booking. For vehicles that don’t fit in the garage, we offer free street parking stickers. As for the shower door, you and your guest had pushed the glass shower door vs pulling it, thus getting it out of alignment. We were required to fix it upon your departure, and now have a small sticker on the door indicating “pull”.

Girls weekend

We came to Chicago for a girls weekend. Was a lovely spot and perfect for our group. Close to downtown… and really nice host and amenities. Clean and organized. Felt safe walking around this neighborhood. Highly recommend!

A Great Stay in West Town

From the nice welcome note when first arriving, all the way to check out, we never worried about our stay. It's a safe, clean, beautiful little home that we will happily stay in again the next time we visit Chicago. Several great places to eat and drink at nearby. Easy to get to. The back patio is great little spot to relax. All around, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was a stress-free experience here, which is exactly what you want when going out of town.

Great find, would stay again

We drove to Chicago for a concert at Wrigley and wanted something in this area hat had parking. This rental was perfect for my husband, our adult college age girls, and myself. Spacious well decorated living areas that we could congregate in made our stay. Great location and walkable neighborhood. Loved that it had parking and we didn't have to try and figure out where to park each night. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Lovely condo in quaint & quiet neighborhood

This was a lovely stay, Amy was very prompt in communicating with us and very accommodating! The condo was quite comfortable with extra little touches like soaps, snacks, and a spare toothbrush. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, though the space to fit in the garage is rather tight with a larger vehicle—pre-arranging street parking in advance with the owner might be preferred. Overall enjoyed, would stay here again!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our trip to Chicago. The home was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The garage was super helpful, and the street felt safe. We walked to restaurants, bakeries, and a gelato place close by. We walked to Wicker Park one day as well. It was nice to feel part of the city. We used Lyft to go downtown for about $20 a ride. Great place! Loved the giant blue sofa.
