Stay in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a charming vintage home in McKinley Park. Perfect for families and groups, with plenty of space to relax, gather, or work comfortably. Unwind on the backyard patio and enjoy the perfect blend of city living and green space. Just a 5-minute walk to McKinley Park's trails and lagoon.

10 to 15-minute drive to downtown, United Center, Rate Field, Soldier Field, McCormick Place, Illinois Medical District, UIC, and University of Chicago.

Living Room: Bright living room with a spacious sectional sofa, large Smart TV, and stylish décor. Mirrored walls and a large front window create an open, airy feel with plenty of natural light, while blinds provide privacy when needed.

Kitchen: Equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

We stay in Chicago once a year to visit my daughter, Little did we realize it was Lolapaloize this weekend, my family said this was the best place we have stayed at by far, cleanest, and centrally located to every thing we had planned. So thanks for a memorable weekend.

Just to clarify for future guests, the shared thermostat and the 72°F minimum setting are disclosed in the house rules, and posted as a sign by the thermostat, and I also sent a friendly reminder during your stay. Because the thermostat is shared with the hosts’ unit downstairs, we ask guests to keep it at 72°F or higher in summer. We appreciate your understanding!

The house was great. The rooms were good size and perfect size in the closets. The bathroom was a good size as well. The kitchen was good size and had what we needed. The table was a little small since we were six and it was only for four chairs only. The door keypad was a little hard to get it kept getting stuck anf hard to open but we finally got it to work more smoothly. The host had a container of drinking water for us, so that was great and much needed with the horrible heat we had this weekend. As for the host he was responsive just a little behind since they he was out of town but thankful he answered and gave us the other host information for more faster response. The only thing I hated not finding parking when we first arrive had to park a block away and had to pass the alley. The other days we did find one closer but they should do something to at least have one parking space closer to the house for security purpose. We completely recommend the house neighborhood was also quite and looked safe.

We're glad you enjoyed the spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and complimentary drinking water, especially during the hot weekend. We also appreciate your feedback about the dining table, keypad, and communication while I was traveling. We've since addressed the keypad to make entry smoother and are always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience. Unfortunately, street parking in Chicago is public and cannot be reserved, but spaces are usually available nearby. It depends on the time of the day. Very nice property with plenty of space and room to relax. The neighborhood is charming, with a quaint street and welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and downtown Chicago. The owner is friendly, personable, and a pleasure to work with.
