Cottage is fully stock for all your needs! Amazing Décor, cozy beds. Enjoy relaxing and have a glass of wine sitting in the Screened Porch or be the grill master on the back deck with great views! Gas grill, flat screen TV's, Roku TV with sports package, High speed internet. Plenty of games if you just want to stay in! Firepit, creek in the back perfect for gold panning. We now offer Electric Vehicle charging free of charge! NEMA 14-50 so bring an adapter if needed. Our family has lived in this beautiful State for over 30 years. Less than 20mins from our cottage makes us the perfect host able to see to all your needs! We hope you love our cottage and enjoy your stay!

The property was very comfortable and clean. It made you feel like you were at home. The property owner is very responsive and nice. We had a wonderful time during our a stay and will be staying there again.

We enjoyed the home. It was very convenient to downtown Dahlonega. The host was awesome. She left snacks that we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this house.

The home was beautiful, very clean, and had everything you could need. The location was convenient to shopping, dining and attractions. The host was the best - stocking the home with wine, cheese and other snacks, providing tips about local highlights, and communicating clearly and promptly. I would definitely recommend!!

This beautiful cottage was absolutely Perfect!!! Exactly what we needed to celebrate my son’s wedding. Our hostess was so very kind. She even added the cutest little touches with special treats to make us feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this cottage!

Great location, close to downtown area. Joetta was wonderful! We arrived super late, walked in to a lovely house and was happy to see that she left us wine and treats which was perfect after a long drive.

Arriving to treats was a nice touch! We were there for a family event so was unable to spend much time at the cottage but the king size bed slept well and the house was spacious. Communication was on point and everything was found as described.

What a fantastic place to stay! The host was the kindest most accommodating person we’ve ever rented from. Would rent again in a heartbeat! The cottage was central to everything we wanted to see, and the whole house was super clean and comfortable.

we had a wonderful weekend stay! Everything was cozy, clean and comfortable. The little extras were so nice and Joetta was so kind and communicative. The location was convenient to everything and it was a peaceful, relaxing place to come 'home' to. We really appreciate it and hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing time in the cozy cottage! Joetta is the perfect hostess and a fantastic decorator… the bedding and living room furniture are very plush! The kitchen is well appointed, and the wood-burning fireplace made for a perfect getaway for my husband and I… town is very close and great shopping and dining! Don’t miss out on this gem!

We have 2 beautiful daughters, 2 Son's in love and 6 grandchildren. My daughter and her husband and 2 oldest grand daughters have lived in Dahlonega for a number of years. My youngest daughter is married to an Air Force Pilot and had 4 beautiful children. We have been looking for the perfect home to Host for a long time! We found that in this home! We look forward to hosting you and making your stay with us as perfect as we can!!
