Close enough to downtown Dahlonega to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy to enjoy the serene atmosphere of the property.

Host created an excellent experience and planned for guest needs. Cleanliness was exceptional. Beds were comfortable.I formerly worked in hospitality management and I highly recommend host and property.

Definitely one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The host has thought of every possible thing you could need and more. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Although we didn't cook at the property during our stay the kitchen was so well appointed that it felt like home. There are two porches and were so many hummingbirds to see and enjoy. The property is close to Dahlonega and we enjoyed hiking Blood Mountain and Amicalola Falls. Would highly recommend and will surely plan another trip there.

My wife and I really enioyed out time at this cabin. The cabin was extremly clean and well organized. Callie left great instructions in the cabin for check in and check out procedures and labeled many items in the cabin for ease of use during out stay. We really injoyed the piece and quiet at the cabin and also enjoyed how close it was to Dahlonega. Callie was very nice to check on us and make sure eveything was going well during out stay. My wife and I can definitely recommend this cabin as a great getaway. We will be coming back here on our next vacation to this area.

We have found our new favorite place to stay in Dahlonega. The home is extremely charming as described and in the perfect location. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. We are already planning another stay.

Absolutely one of the most gorgeous homes we have stayed in. Pictures do not do it justice. Perfect for our family of 3 and convenient to everything we were doing in Dahlonega. Absolutely stunning decor and host really thought of all the smallest details. Super comfortable beds with luxury linens. Highly recommend to anyone and certainly would love to stay again.

The house was exactly as listed. It was a delightful and charming place. The owner communicated thoroughly with me and went above and beyond for certain. I would highly recommend this property. Privacy but a short drive to everything Dahlonega has to offer.

The Schoolhouse far exceeded our expectations - we fell in love with the place! It's nestled into the woods with nice porches to enjoy the peace and quiet. I liked that the decor was not your typical "mountain cabin" but they have used antiques and other items that go along with the former use of the building - a schoolhouse. It's cozy and comfortable, just as charming as can be. Not too far from Dahlonega or the wineries. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Definitely 5 stars!

The schoolhouse was so charming! Our host was so helpful. The place was about 5 minutes from Dahlonga and 25 minutes from Helen. Our stay was perfect.

Very nice location with lots of privacy. Nicely decorated with interesting and relatable antiques relevant to the old school house. Kitchen had great cookware and dishes. Porches were beautiful. Our pets enjoyed the time there, too.

You need to rent this place. It's the cutest, cleanest, quaint little place. We've been here a couple times because we just love it. The host is amazing too.

Probably one of the best VRBO rentals we've stayed at in a while. The location was perfect for everything. Close to Dahlonega, wineries, great restaurants, kayaking and more. The rental itself was very clean, especially for a pet friendly place. I was very impressed. Callie provided everything you need and then some. She was also very quick to answer questions and super nice. Overall I can't say anything bad about our experience. We really enjoyed it there.

A perfect stay in a perfect home! The “old schoolhouse” is my favorite VRBO rental and this was my second stay. It has everything you’d ever need, is super clean and charming, and feels so welcoming!

This place is a so cozy!! It had everything you could need and more. It was cold so we didn’t get to use the fire pit, but we are planning on coming back when it’s warmer! The host was very responsive and had everything organized so you felt at home.
