The Villa Mia was better than advertised. It had everything that anyone could possibly need or use in a month’s stay. Been going to the Keys for 22 years on vacation and this is the best overall rental we have stayed in.

Great Property in Islamorada

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Mia the month of June 2025. Great location, very clean, spacious outdoor area with a nice pool. We will stay again

Excellent property. We enjoyed everything about Villa Mia. It is very clean, has all the wonderful amenities, and the hosts are exceptional. Great communication! This was our second stay at Villa Mia, and we hope to stay there again soon! We highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Great house, great amenities, great hospitality

We loved Villa Mia! Everything we could have needed was provided throughout our stay. Pool was nice, dock was nice, house was nice, location and views were amazing. Host communicated well before, during, and after our stay.

We stayed at this beautiful home in Tavernier for an entire month, and it truly became our home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our family.The home itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a month-long stay. The location was also fantastic, especially if you are coming to the Keys with a boat and want to spend your vacation on the water.The owners were wonderful throughout our stay and made us feel incredibly welcome. You can tell they truly care about their home and about the experience their guests have while staying there.After spending a full month here, it was honestly hard to leave! Our kids loved it, we loved it, and we left with so many amazing memories. Tavernier has always been a very special place for our family, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.We cannot recommend this home enough. Five star family vacation home

Everything by was as described and if anything was needed, our hosts were very responsive. The little touches made you feel at home! We will definitely rent this home again.

Unforgettable time

Jaime and Mia were wonderful hosts and they have really taken care of the home. It was a pleasure to stay there and we will go back.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mia in the Florida Keys! The waterfront views from the upper balcony were breathtaking. The extent of the wildlife visiting us was incredible, from daily visits from the Manatees to occasional Dolphins and Ospreys. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, however we need to bring a kettle next time (for a British cup of tea). It was the perfect base for fishing, boating, snorkelling, and exploring the areas restaurants and bars. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning our next trip back.

Villa Mia was absolutely perfect.The host was a pleasure to work with. The house is in a great location and the neighborhood was very friendly. There was every amenity you could think of and more.SUPER CLEAN!!! I would highly recommend this house.Can not wait until next year!!!

Property was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The furniture, appliances, and amenities were all high-end. The neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors friendly. The hosts obviously take great pride in their home. We highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again!

Honestly I’m scared toWrite this review and let the cat out of the bag how fantastic this property is. We absolutely LOVED it! For families or people just traveling with friends Villa Mia is top notch at accommodations. They had everything you would need to cook, clean, and extras to make your stay perfect. Communication with the owners was seamless and always responsive. We love to bring our boat to the keys and take advantage of fishing and the local nature. Villa Mia is located in a great spot at the tip of a canal for easy access. If you don’t have a boat you can relax on the balcony and watch other boats and wildlife float by. The pool was a very appealing place on the property and I used it every day. I did not want to leave but back to the real world. Jamie and Mia thank you for sharing your pristine home with others to rent and relax! I felt so relaxed from the first moment of check in to checking out. Our family would love to create more memories here in the future! PS for the bed snobs the beds are really really comfortable!

Fantastic Stay

The pictures don't do this home justice . It is absolutely spectacular! The views are endless and the owners have added so many special touches throughout. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with and responds to every question almost instantly. We have rented several homes in Islamorada and this was the best experience we have ever had. My family and I can't wait to return.

Awesome getaway at Villa Mia

This home is absolutely beautiful. So many thoughtful amenities (towel rack warmer, electric shades, phone chargers, many kitchen appliances etc). House is stocked with everything you could think of. Very clean new and modern. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood for walking biking and sunsets. Highly recommend! Hope to be back soon! Exceptional!

The communication before our trip was so helpful and once we arrived, it was like a dream! The home was SPOTLESS clean, the location and views were amazing, the owner was very attentive (without being overbearing), and the entire home was so well equipped with all the right things to make it feel like we were in our own home! SO many different kitchen appliances and utensils dishes and barware for a crowd! All the different living/hangout areas made for such a roomy, relaxed vacation. We just loved kicking back, watching the boats come and go past the house all day. Villa Mia ranks high on our Happiness Scale and we cannot wait to go stay again!

Picture perfect stay at Villa Mia

I had the best experience at Villa Mia and would not hesitate to rent here again. The house itself is modern and beautifully appointed. It is full of little details with high-end touches throughout and as a bonus, the hosts had generously left the house stocked with many household essentials (which has not been the case with several other properties I've rented in the area). The house was immaculately clean upon my arrival so it was easy to feel comfortable and at home immediately. The bayfront location and outdoor setup at Villa Mia offers endless opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. The views from the balcony were picturesque at all times of day and perfect for watching boats come and go off the bay. There were plenty of sea creature sightings from the dock, especially with the newly-installed underwater dock lights for nighttime tarpon viewing. The yard is fully fenced in, so I had peace of mind letting my dog roam the property (and she was a happy camper too). Villa Mia is located in a great area. It provides convenient access to both Islamorada and Key Largo with lots of good restaurants in either direction.The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and safe. It was a beautiful locale to walk the dog every day. Hosts Jaime and Mia were incredibly welcoming and nice people. Jaime was easy to communicate with and very accommodating of my requests and questions. Thank you Jaime and Mia for sharing your gem of a home with me!
