Located on the peaceful upper Keys, in Islamorada, this home is situated in the quiet residential neighborhood of Venetian Shores MM 86. Immediate access to ocean and Bay side off of Snake Creek. Islamorada is is just 75 miles from Miami and 86 miles from Key West. The average temperature is 80 degrees and 78 degrees for the water. Islamorada sits between the clear waters of the Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it is bestowed with a Coral Reef three to five miles offshore that is filled with spectacular life.
Two story home
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, private home is equipped with many extras including this heated (at 80-82 degrees) swimming pool that is partially shaded so you can enjoy floating with a cool drink leisurely. WIFI ready. This vacation gem boasts large rooms furnished in rattan and decorated with a tropical flair. You can see this view from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as it has four large sliding glass doors opening upon our large deck.

First bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private full bathroom and plenty of natural sunlight. TV in the room .New tiles, this room has been totally renovated with it great poster bed. The second newly tiled bedroom has king bed, with TV
Fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Flat screen computer with high speed internet. Also WIFI ready.
Our master suite, all tiled. It is at the pool level. You can just walk-out in the morning and enjoy the refreshing view and sit on the deck, this view is of the large sitting room with the king-size bed in the background. It opens totally up on the pool deck with sliding glass doors. Heated kidney shape pool at 82 degrees , dogs permitted upon request $300 deposit per pet

Easy check-in…..our host was fantastic. Communication was more than adequate. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and our boat, a 35 foot Intrepid was perfect for the Dock. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was neat and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend bringing a few items such as toilet paper and paper towels if staying for an extended period of time as the provided amount will not last. The owner responds very quickly to any questions you may have during your stay. I would stay here again next time I am in town.

We enjoyed the house, pool, and dockage. The location could not be better to enjoy fishing and local restaurants. We appreciated JoAn quick response to any questions we had. The neighborhood was peaceful. Since we are avid fishermen, it was helpful having a bait freezer. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and pots/pans. We highly recommend!

Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed watching all of the wildlife. We had Manatees that visited us and saw sharks and Tarpon almost everyday.

The property is central location in Islamorada, best location....The outdoor area is perfect,pool heated very enjoyable.. great neighborhood..Friendly Host JoAnn is amazing, and prompt response, a delightful person, and a wonderful host!

Wedding Week

We were in the Keys for my son’s wedding and had a wonderful stay at Venetian tropics. Very clean and the location was fabulous.

Amazing family getaway

What an amazing place to stay. We rented a boat, and enjoyed the proximity to both the ocean and the Florida bay. Close to snorkeling, fishing, everything. We also rented paddleboards. The wonderful heated pool was enjoyed by the kiddos in the evenings.

Really great spot! Especially if you bring a boat.

Islamorada is awesome. Always. Venetian Shores is a great canal neighborhood and close to many of the to-dos.

Venetian Shores

The house Has a perfect lay out for our week long vacation. We loved having our boat in the backyard.

Accomodations met our needs.The downstairs "apartment" was especially nice.Tiki bar was great to entertain our friends.Would have been nice to have the ice maker working, but everything else was great.

Wonderful time at the keys!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Venetian Tropics. You just can’t beat the location. The house is was very roomy and accommodating. We loved going to the both sides the ocean and the bay waters but after all enjoyed chilling in the pool. The house is located in the very beautiful neighborhood. Will come and stay again!

We traveled to the Keys for many years because of my husband's love of scuba diving and his dream was to one day be able to afford a house on a canal where he could one day retire to. One day I just decided to say , lets look at houses and I fell in love with this house and even though it seemed out of reach for us at the time, I thought with many sacrifices we could do it. We struggled for a while but we made it happen by renting it and we are still renting it as we are not yet retired and as landlords it seems one never retires, but no complaints, we are happy to share our vacation home for others to enjoy . We continue to improve and ad new things and always appreciate ideas to make our vacation home as friendly as possible.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What I fell in love with the moment I saw the house was the pool and pool deck and it's uniqueness along with the chiki bar and deep sailboat canal. The large upper deck viewing the pool and canal was also very impressive. I just had to get this dream house no matter how hard I had to work to get it... and though it was a crazy idea we made it happen. My husband was just as excited about the prospect of having his dream house and we plowed forward and never regretted it.
