Located close to the Gare du Nord station, the property benefits from a central location with excellent transport links. The neighbourhood is lively, multicultural and bustling, with constant traffic and numerous shops nearby.

Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 48m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an oven, a kettle, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) and the second a double bed (140x200). Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Chapelle district, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, is renowned for its cultural diversity and vibrant atmosphere. Explore its lively streets lined with ethnic restaurants, colorful markets and exotic boutiques. Discover the Saint-Bernard-de-La Chapelle church, renowned for its neo-Gothic architecture, and stroll through the Butte du Chapeau Rouge park for a panoramic view of the city. The Chapelle district is a dynamic place where cultures mix and Parisian authenticity is palpable.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, La Chapelle (line 2), is just a 2-minute walk.
The metro station Barbès - Rochechouart (lines 2 and 4) is 8 minutes away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
