Enjoy this recently updated 2 bed 2 bath with 2 stall garage in a nice neighborhood! This home is perfect for seeing Sioux Falls as it is just a quick drive to the interstates and then access to anywhere in town! The home just had a complete makeover with stylish flooring and all new furniture and appliances! There is tons of space to relax in the 3 seasons room and the den. Enjoy some backyard space and your own garage! Just Half a mile to the SF Bike Trail and tons of parks!!

The Neighborhood:
The place is in a very good neighborhood close to interstates on the south side of Sioux Falls. It is on a busier street.

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was great, and the space was perfect for our getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process so easy from booking through checkout. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

This twin home was everything we had hoped for. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the comfy beds, the walk -in closet in the master bedroom to layout all our things, the washer & dryer, and the fact that it’s dog friendly with a backyard. Did I mention the beds were super comfy?? James, our host, was very nice and easy to contact. We stayed for a week this trip and we look forward to staying here again next visit.

Clean and cozy home. Fully stocked with cleaning supplies. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Sioux Falls area. Only negative for those with pets is that the back yard is not completely fenced in. One section is completely opened. James is an outstanding and responsive host.

the house was pretty clean when we got there and loved that the house was on a main road and made it easy to get to places. only had trouble parking big trucks in the driveway otherwise a good stay

Great location for easy access to any part of town. Property was well maintained and clean. Appreciated the double garage with openers. Nice to have an additional space to turn your vehicle around before trying to enter traffic on 57th st. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The property was listed as pet friendly which it was, I was surprised to find out that the backyard wasn’t completely fenced in. Our small dogs are used to being on a leash so it wasn’t a dealbreaker, it was the only issue we ran into. Owner responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. We would stay again next time we visit Sioux Falls. Great value. Thank you
