Everything was perfect. The listing was accurate, the unit was immaculate, the bed was comfy and the neigjborhood is safe and quiet. It couldn't have been better.

Immaculate

I needed to check in early. The owner was very cooperative. The location was convenient to a wedding I attended. Very clean. Nice little refrigerator, microwave and sink. Coffee and tea were provided. Although I only used the refrigerator. Nice patio, large room, soft water. Felt safe. It was quiet.

Here for hurricane work

The host were excellent. I didn’t see them at all once I got there. The unit was exactly like they explained it was clean. The air conditioner were great. The neighborhood was good. Communication was quick. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and immaculately clean.

We escaped here to take refuge from Hurricane Milton and our stay was perfect. All the essentials of home and very safe and cozy.

One night stay

It was hard to find didn’t like the neighborhood. Wasn’t happy it was in someone’s garage only stay the one night but pay for two cause I didn’t feel safe.

$9 Uber ride to Casino but that's about all that was Good!

So I stayed here to go to Casino as I meantioned its really close to there but I didn't sleep at all! The Bed was like sleeping on a box and the Pillows so flat I had to double them still not good and Blanket NOT it was a throw I literally froze then turned down as a sweat to death!! Good price but now I was too tired to work so I lost a days pay!! Oh and change out that lock system and get the rid of those cameras that are pointed right on your guest!!!

Great location - amenities need improvement

It's a great location, a clean room, and comfortable bed. However here are a few suggestions, there should be at minimum a dresser and 2 adult size chairs for the space. The shower curtain should be longer to prevent the water mess from occurring. OR additional towels should be provided to assist with soaking up the water. MOST IMPORTANTLY - the camera that is directed to the private space of your guests on the patio area should be removed immediately! We were sitting on the small patio for a long while, then literally see the camera move to our direction, where it remained for the duration of our stay. Definitely the property should not be described as private! Lastly, guests should know there is a dog at the residence that does bark from time to time, and is sometimes just on the other side of the fence. Kindly, The Scott's

Concerns

The room had enough size and privacy but lack furnishings that made it good. No adult size chairs or a couch, when you were in the space you had to sit or lay on the bed, they need adult chairs. They also have room for a a dresser to store your close. The greatest concern was the humidity in the room and the black substance on the ceiling. Property should be checked immediately. We loved the location and the suze but the other issues must be addressed before we would recomend the property.
