Welcome to Paradise; Your home away from home in this Scottsdale Gem! This beautiful spacious home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are two separate, roomy living areas on the first floor. One is right off the kitchen where you can cozy up on the large sectional to watch the game or your favorite movie on the big screen smart TV. The other living area includes a large dining table with ample seating and a comfy couch and love seat for additional room to gather (or sleep). The first floor also includes a bedroom and bath allowing for a bit of privacy on the main floor.
The expansive master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a sizeable balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. There are two additional bedrooms and a separate full bath that offer ample space for extra guests.
The spacious backyard is your personal oasis that boasts a heated* saltwater pool, full-size hot tub, firepit, gas grill, dining area on the covered patio, citrus trees for fresh lemons and oranges, yard games, and plenty of seating to just lounge around and soak up some sun. The home is equipped with exterior blink cameras and a sensor on the sliding door for additional peace of mind during your stay.
This beautiful paradise is close to everything! When you're ready to head out, there are multiple shopping locations, premiere golf courses, breathtaking hiking trails, and an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars. Whether you are here for a family/friends getaway, shopping spree, golf outing, or hiking trip, this is the definitely the place for you! This beautiful paradise combines a comfy home away from home feeling with the ideal location for everything!

*Please note there is a daily fee of $75/day to heat the pool. Owner requires notice seven days prior to arrival. VERY IMPORTANT: Our home does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence. Swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended. We have provided an alarm at the back patio door leading to the pool as well as additional security locks. Please be sure to use.

Maximum capacity not to exceed 10 adults. Absolutely NO large gatherings are allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and comply with the Scottsdale noise ordinance which is enforced between 10pm and 7am. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Better than anticipated.

Chris, thanks for making everything so easy and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped better than any other VRBOS and the location was ideal. We love the area and hope to come visit here again…soon!

Fabulous Spot

We had a mini college reunion and enjoyed this home tremendously. There were four of us, and the house had plenty of room inside and outside. We used the mini golf green, the pool and the hot tub. The host was very responsive and accommodating. All in all a great place in a great location.

Great Option in Scottsdale

House was exactly as presented. Nicely decorated and clean. The backyard was great. Host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Location was very convenient to major shops, golf courses, etc. Everyone was very happy with the selection and we would definitely go back!

Wonderful property for Golf Clients!

I booked this beautiful property for a client participating in the Waste Management Open Golf Tournament. Christine was excellent to work with and we had great communication. She was also very accommodating with any requests we had. The home was spotless and in the perfect location. The clients would definitely rent this home again.

Fantastic house & location

Our family of 4 (2 teens) had a wonderful stay at this property in late Dec/early January. The house was extremely clean and possibly the most well appointed rental we have stayed in- so many useful things were provided and everything easy to find. The home is comfortable and spacious for hanging out together and also to have your own space, and the backyard was fantastic. We had the pool heated & kids enjoyed it several days, and we used the hot tub daily when the temps dropped in morning and evening. Had a blast playing the retro arcade games with the kids also! The owner was quick to respond to questions and super helpful. Location was so easy to get to everything in North Scottsdale (plus so many grocery and restaurant options within a 10 min drive) and Old Town & airport not a far drive at all. We went to an event at State Farm Stadium while in town which was also very easy to get to and only about 35 min drive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous House and Host

The house is very clean, nicely furnished, comfy beds, well stocked, fun backyard, retro PacMan game was so fun, the host was wonderful. Great location and neighborhood. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. The home was spotless and impeccably maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. Its location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short distance away, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart was the host’s professionalism and attention to detail. They were communicative, helpful, and clearly dedicated to ensuring their guests have a seamless stay. This is by far one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Looking forward to returning!

Perfect getaway

Stayed here with a group of friends and it's a perfect getaway! Spent our days relaxing by the pool and hot tub and even practiced our putting, then out for the evening. So many restaurants nearby to choose from it was hard to decide! The golfers in the group spent hit 3 different courses and loved them all. The hosts were great, extremely responsive! Staying here definitively made our trip more memorable! Look forward to staying here again next time we are in town.

Fantastic Stay!

This is the second time I’ve booked this property and for good reason. Everytime I stay at this house my family can’t wait to come back. The house itself is impeccably clean and has everything needed to enjoy a stay or even to entertain friends. The pool and spa were fantastic and the putting green and video game arcade were a hit. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an inviting place to stay. Will be back.

An Amazing Place to Stay

The property was spotless and easily housed 5+ adults (In separate rooms!). The pool, hot tub, and putting green were absolutely amazing amenities that everyone enjoyed, and the lemon and orange trees were just the cherry on top. Next time I come in for golf I’m definitely going to see if this place is available! 10/10 Highly recomend!

Perfect home for family vacation

This home was wonderful. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the putting green. There were many extras that you don’t normally find in a rental such as Kleenex,toiletries,blankets and coffee pods and snacks. Christine was a great host that answered all our questions It was very clean and the yard was beautiful We will return!,

Wonderful!

Exceeded expectations. The backyard with all the amenities was just perfect for entire family. We opted to spend more time than originally planned at the house because it was so enjoyable and relaxing. Clean, well organized and great location. Property owner is easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions. Definitely hope to come back!

I keep coming back

Second time at this property and it never disappoints! We love this house so much we had to come back again. Chris is very easy to communicate with - always available and responsive and even checks in to see if we need anything. The house is extremely clean and has everything we could possibly need. The backyard truly feels like my home away from home and I’m so relaxed there. The house is also in a wonderful location nearby Kierland and a short drive downtown. 11/10 would recommend. We will back!

Exceptional Golf Getaway

I had the pleasure staying at the “Scottsdale Gem” for an impromptu golf trip with a few friends from college. We had a fantastic stay at the rental property! The putting green, cornhole, and the amazing pool, added so much fun to the experience. It truly exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

Waste Management Golf Trip

This house is great location for attending Waste Management PGA golf event. Great location for dining & entertainment options in North Scottsdale. House was as advertised and especially enjoyed backyard area with putting green, pool, hot tub, dining table and TV. Would book again!

Thanksgiving in Scottsdale

This property couldn't be better. Attention to detail, very clean, and well organized. All amenities and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Arizona Baseball Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the Scottsdale Gem. The house was perfectly appointed, and the yard, pool, and putting green amenities were a hit with everyone. We were impressed by how clean and organized the home was. It added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Kudos to the hosts for maintaining such a pristine property. The location was premium, with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here when visiting beautiful sunny Arizona!
