Getting all of the details set up for the neighborhood rules is a bit of a process, but it’s well worth it. We really enjoyed our stay.

We recommend 100% to stay here. Steve was an amazing host and the house was perfect. We stay here for two nights and everything was as described.

This was a great place to stay to go boating on Lake Travis. We brought our boat and kept it at the marina for 2 nights. Everything went smooth and Steve was great to answer any questions we had. We will definately stay here again!

Our family celebrated my birthday at this Hollows property, and I highly recommend it to families looking for a great staycation near the Lake, plenty of space to enjoy nearby nature trails, and many club amenities including pool, fitness center, sports court, and playground. Thanks!

We loved the privacy and access to all the trails, nature and amenities. The house was cozy and comfortable.

Thanks so much for your kind comments. After 16 years are selling our cottage. We have used the cottage for personal trips as well as a vacation rental that has paid the home. The cottage is not listed with a realtor but if you know anyone that might be interested in the cottage for an investment and/or use it for their personal retreat please let me know. Steve

Beautiful home, serene setting, comfortable, furnished with everything any renter could want, and very responsive owner. This is truly the nicest, best VRBO we have ever rented. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Wonderful property and trip! We had two families with kids sharing the house. Added the detached studio for some added space to spread out. Everything is as nice in person as it shows in the pictures. It felt like visiting a real home; not the wonky setups and decor you sometimes get with STR. Pools about 3min drive and were very nice for kids to play and parents to relax. Steve was responsive and very helpful.VIP boat rentals were awesome. Flat Creek Winery (20min from property) was a great family-friendly place.

The Perfect Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hollows. The kitchen and the sunset views from the back deck were probably the most outstanding aspects of the home. We definitely would stay another month there.

The Cottage at The Hollows April 25

We were looking for somewhere rustic, quiet and very relaxed. And we found it! The house was just as described, very well looked after and a great pleasure to be in.

Great Girls Trip!

It was absolutely perfect! Cabin was well appointed, and perfect for a mother daughter trip. We even had therapist come in from Soothe and do massages in the hideaway above the garage.

Relaxing weekend

It is a great place to be to relax and have family time. I enjoyed cooking on the grill, watching the deer, and taking the kids swimming; the cabin had it all: games for the kids, the kitchen fully stocked, you name it, it was thought of, Thanks for having us

Great Thanksgiving!

The property and the neighborhood were perfect for our family. We had beautiful sunny days in November which was perfect to walk the trails and explore the woods. We lived it and will come back!

Hill country Weekend getaway

It was a pleasant experience. Very conveniently located, yet disconnected from daily hustle. Very nice and clean cottage.
