We are located at the end of Cinnamon Mountain Road in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. The trial down to the base area is right across the street.

Access to the guest house is down a flights of stairs but plenty of gear storage is available in a shared, mud room at driveway level. This makes it an easy to unload gear directly into the mudroom and have easy access each day. An additional private mudroom is located at the entrance to the chalet. Easy parking for one car is available right off the street on a flat driveway. Free Electric vehicle charging is also available. We welcome you to share this magical place with us!

Perched high above the Mt Crested Butte ski area, with breathtaking views of Mount Crested Butte, the Teocalli (TEO 1) guesthouse is the perfect vacation spot for nature and sports enthusiasts. Just completed in 2021, the modern TEO 1 guesthouse is the perfect location for your summer adventure.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to view your favorite shows on the 55 inch smart TV with surround sound. This high-tech, modern chalet has in-floor radiant heat and a whole house ventilator that provides continuous fresh mountain air. The fully-equipped modern kitchen has a precise induction range, coffee bar, microwave and dishwasher. Four comfortable stools on the peninsula make dining-in a pleasure. All windows and doors are triple pane Euro-style that offer incredible comfort, ventilation and noise control. Super comfortable beds and a luxurious bath make for a the perfect vacation getaway.

One off-street parking space is available on the relatively flat driveway. A free uber-like service is available through the First Tracks app that will take you directly to the transit center at the base. From there, free busses will take you to the historic mining towns of Crested Butte and Gunnison. A late night bus is available right to our door to return from town. There is also a daily bus that runs between Denver and Crested Butte with rail connections to DIA.

First Tracks shuttle will quickly get you to/from the base area.
