Thank you Wendy! That portable unit actually needs to be removed since there is Central AC in the house now, so we have arranged for that with our maintenance team. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you for your feedback! The lowest level of the home is a fully separate apartment that is for owner use only, so not accessible to guests and it does not have any access into the main house. We do maintain the side yard and access to the lower deck, but the only path directly to the river is across the neighboring homes' yard and not included in the listing. We are working on a solution to make parking access more open and clear. We are glad you enjoyed the home and appreciate the honest feedback on your experience! The owners of Mill Creek have acknowledged that the road needs attention and are working together to have it re-graded to manage the water buildup/runoff and make access to the homes easier.
