Quiet location, very peaceful, pool was decent, pool bar was closed, took a moment to get more drinking water. Good kitchen & well equipped. Very chill spot and if you like golf, it's a gem.

San Jose Days

Excellent location, close to beach shopping and dining. Enjoyed the barbeque and patio as well as the pools and well maintained property, felt very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sun come up, proximity to the pools and overall location. We were the 1st tenants after the summer slow season so there were a couple of minor glitches but Gene was on them right away, very accessible owner genuinely concerned with your comfort. We would stay here again.

San Jose Getaway

We had a great time in Cabo. Staying in this suite was calm, relaxing and close to all amenities. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. We would stay again.

Excellent stay!

We had a very relaxing and trouble free stay; the unit is well equipped (including the water-bottle stand) , private and quiet. The patio-garden is a joy to look at; pools just steps away. Manager of the property was very helpful , making sure all our needs are met.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The pool area was awesome and the condo is close to restaurants, downtown a grocery shopping. The condo is tired and in need of some updates for example the appliances are very old and the place has a musty odour. We had some issues with the TV as there were no directions, fortunately the property manager was very helpful and on it immediately. Overall the place is comfortable and the complex is very friendly.

Perfect for 1 or 2

Eugene and Patrick were great to work with. Had one issue that was fixed right away by Eugene within 1 hour. All in, what you see is exactly what you get! The two beach chairs were perfect and sturdy.. only wish is that a beach umbrella could be supplied with the chairs. Happy Customer !

Slight problem

We had a bit of a problem figuring out how to get the a/c air flow from the dinig room into the bedroom where we needed it at night. Perhaps a second unit or a better ceiling fan arrangement would help. Otherwise, the location was perfect for walking to the great restaurants nearby.

Hi Dale, the unit is regularly serviced 3 times a year. This is the 1st instance that we’ve ever had someone say that the AC was insufficient. Sorry that it did not meet your requirement.

Quiet, very comfortable.

The condo is very well equipped. Lots of paper towels, soaps and kitchen gadgets. We were there to relax and go to nearby beaches every day. There were beach chairs, bbq on the patio here, top quality bed, pillows and towels We went to a few local restaurants in town but chose to cook our own meals mostly. This town has become expensive in every way from taxis to groceries to activities. But growth is everywhere and so is cost of travelling. We have travelled Baja Sur for 40 years and seen many changes. The whole complex is very well maintained. Beautiful grounds of gardens and pool areas are clean and very nice. Grocery stores, Mercado and weekly Art Walk were all easy enough for us to walk to as we had no vehicle. I would think further than most people would feel comfortable walking to and from though. This was more of a luxury stay than most we have stayed at travelling. Would we stay here again? Absolutely without a doubt.

Club La Costa - San Jose del Cabo

Nice 1bdrm townhouse style condo. Perfect for a couple. Spent lots of time on the patio. Good wi-fi. Kitchen decently equipped with coffee maker for mornings, blender for afternoons and modest kitchen supplies for simple meals. Location is very good and central. 15 minute walk to La Comer and Chedraui Selecto grocery stores. Do that in the morning.Nice restaurants nearby... we enjoyed Lateral near La Comer and La Manzanita right on the Blvd (on way to / from beach access). It's about 20 minute walk to the town Plaza. Ubers are plentiful, quick and reasonable when needed. We stayed a week and half with no car. No problem. Grounds are well kept, pool & hotub maintained each morning... very nice. Follow the La Costa rules and you'll have no issues. The usual experiences, good and whatever, with people in common areas... that is to be expected.Owner was courteous and communications were good. We enjoyed our stay very much, felt like we moved right into the area for awhile. Weather was perfect the whole time. We are already looking forward to returning to Los Cabos!
