Very impressed!

This is my favorite place I’ve stayed so far in this area of San Jose. Exactly like the photos and descriptions too. You cannot beat the location. Beach front is no joke! I have stayed in this area many times but this was my first time at Mira Vista. The staff was beyond accommodating in every way, especially on the Christmas holiday (ran out of toilet paper). The cleaning staff and welcoming service from chef Gloria (I think I remembered name correctly) were awesome and exceeded expectations as well.

Beautiful View

Love the property and condo’s proximity to their pool and beach. Condo perfectly furnished and equipped. Nice small pool and new comfortable and stylish patio furniture. Several good restaurants within 15 minutes of beach walking. Groceries are 2 km away. Condo has the most amazing view. Quiet. Good value for a waterfront condo.

Condo on the Beach

If on the beach is what you want , this is the place for you . The view from the deck is truly amazing . We spent many an evening just watching the waves role in with the magnificent sunsets as a backdrop. As you leave this gated complex you step directly onto the beach . No road or sidewalk or other Condos to pass , just step onto the sand . We will definitely stay here again .

A hidden gem

We've stayed in this area before and really enjoy the beach and proximity to San José. These condos at Mira Vista almost get lost among the larger resorts of the Costa Azul beach, which is what makes it so appealing. With the limited number of units in this little complex, it makes for a perfect, quiet little paradise. We had all the amenities we needed, and were able to really make it like a home away from home. One of my favourite features was the beautiful variety of plants, flowers, and trees throughout the walking paths and pool area of the complex; none of the other properties we saw on our beach walks had anything like it. Definitely one of those features you don't know to appreciate until you have it.

Love Condo 26

Had an amazing week in Condo 26! The view is amazing. This morning, right before leaving for the airport, we saw a group of people gathered on the beach. Lo and behold, baby turtles were hatching and scrambling toward the water. Also saw whales from the balcony during one Happy Hour! The condo is comfortable and we’ll-equipped and we’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view and location on the beach. A lovely quiet location with plenty of room at the pool each day. The condo was well equipped and check in and out was easy. It is not an ideal location if you want to walk to most locations but it’s easy to bus or taxi.. My partners only con was the bed, he found it too soft to sleep on, it was comfortable to me but I am much lighter. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

This is a hidden jewel right on the wide beach. Nice pool. The owner is a delight. Clean and with Uber easy to get to everything.

We had a great time at this property! It was fully equipped in the kitchen which was great. We only had to buy a few spices. The only thing that I would suggest is that when the quests are leaving that they leave water for the incoming guests. We arrived in the early evening and unfortunately we had no water to drink and this was a problem because they suggest you don’t drink the water at the condo. We had to find our way in the dark to find bottled water to drink and we were walking. So out of kindness please leave water! Thank you Patricia for sharing your property.

Mira Vista #26 is a gem

This condo was perfect for us. Nestled amongst larger hotels and condos, it's right on Playa Azul beach but just a short drive to the Mega shopping mall with the La Comer grocery store. If you don't want to drive anywhere, Zippers bar and grill is a short walk down the beach from here. Parking is included. It's light, airy, clean and well-maintained. The complex is small and quiet with a mix of vacationing renters, owners, and unoccupied units. People at the pool were friendly. Maintenance staff are always around and the property manager for this unit was available via phone if we ever needed anything. The owner was very helpful with my questions before we came down as well. I appreciated the meet-and-greet check in process at the gate. We had stayed at another condo for a few days before coming here and that one had a self check in process which didn't feel as welcoming. It was also not on the beach and not as clean as this one. so the contrast was huge If you're looking for a nice play to stay I highly recommend #26.

It is a perfect location and very quiet. Pat Spencer was very helpful and kind. I've booked for next year. Love the old Mexican tile in the kitchen. Everthing was provided and internet was good.

Always enjoy this little gem.

Quiet and relaxing spot on the beach. Attracts an older crowd, which suits us well as we like to read at the pool. Lovely gardens complete the ambience.

Beautiful and Relaxing

A beautiful condo with great views of the beach. Sat on the balcony watching the evening lights down the beach ... very relaxing! Very well appointed kitchen (we do all our own cooking so really appreciated this), beach towels and beach chairs, plenty of fluffy bathroom towels and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The pool is quiet and serene and the beach is beautiful for walks. Don't miss a drive to Flora Farms and lunch ... delicious! Management was very responsive when internet went out and it was back on quickly. Pat is great to work with. You won't be disappointed.

Relax and enjoy the view!

This was one of the most relaxing, enjoyable trips I have ever taken. The owner, Pat, was wonderful to work with, and answered any questions or concerns promptly. The condo was clean, well-stocked (other than swimming towels, which was taken care of) and had the most amazing view of the beach right from the patio. Mira Vista condos are well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a nice sized, clean pool. It was also reassuring to have a security guard on the property at night, although I never felt unsafe, as it is a locked complex. The location is very convenient to walk to many restaurants, and there is a bus stop just a few feet away to take you close enough to downtown to easily walk the rest of the way. We enjoyed eating at Mama Mia's, Sardina Cantina, Zippers, La Salsa, and the little restaurant at the hotel next door, all within walking distance. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway at the beach, this is the place!

Beachfront relaxation

My husband and I just spent 16 glorious days at Casa Pat. Everything we needed was provided in this very clean nicely decorated space- she even went over and above have the DVD player fixed and recommend a dentist for me when I had a dental crisis! We enjoyed sitting on the beach chairs at the beach and people watching/reading many books; preparing healthy meals (guacamole - every day); swimming in the ocean and/or the pool; saw baby turtles born and make their way to the ocean- trip highlight!!!!! (on the beach right in front of the condo); met friendly people (mixture of condo owners and other renters)... we walked almost everyday- I think we averaged 8km/day...and we weren't even trying to- we just did! For transportation we used the local buses, and taxied only when we were carrying groceries. We tried several restaurants in town and also Zippers down the beach. Never had a bad meal. Trip into Cabo was easy via bus and really inexpensive (37pesos each)! We loved our vacation in San Jose Del Cabo and hope to come back soon! Thank you Pat for sharing your fabulous condo with folks like us!!!! I am really appreciating our warm time there now(it's been -15C pretty much every day since we got home

Fabulous gem....

We loved staying in this condo! It was clean, easy to get to, great sunrises every morning. Air conditioner in the living room and bedroom. So comfortable. Beautiful walks on the beach and the water is so clean and fun to play around in. The owner Patricia is so friendly and helpful. Any questions you have she will find the answer. Great location excellent accommodations

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a quickie trip to Cabo and Pat's condo was the perfect place for us. Beautiful view, very clean condo, upgraded, and well equipped kitchen. Beach out front was beautiful and the pool area was great. While I have grown kids myself, the nice part of this trip was there were no screaming little kids in the pool. It was very quiet. That's why we like going during school time. The water bottle service was great, 20 pesos delivered to th e door! Thanks Pat we had a great time.

Second stay at Mira Vista

Second stay at Mira Vista, first time at Casa Pat. The condo was perfect, bright, clean and everything we needed. The view is fantastic for morning coffee and evening dinners. The pool is great if beach sand is not your thing, but the beach is incredible. Don't miss Zippers, about a five minute walk south on the beach. Simple dinning with a fantastic view. We had a rental car this time but taxis are easily accessible out front by simply waiting a few minutes. The Mega mart, about a mile north of Mira Vista, can fill your need for snacks and meals. Thank you Pat for a great stay, already planning our next visit.
