House was exactly as advertised. Really nice property. Completely stocked with everything that you might need. Owner was interactive making sure our trip was great. So yes, we recommend this property. Easy walk to town.

In addition, thank you for acknowledging the inventory stocking. We want to provide all the "backups" to keep a complete kitchen for ease of use to make it feel like you're at home. Of course, we do appreciate when our guests go easy on the free coffee Keurigs, as those do go fast sometimes:) Note to future guests : always check the refrigerator in the garage :: there could be beverages in there for you :) Finally, I appreciate you acknowledging my consistent communication. I just want my guests to have the most amazing, magical time in Park City. Finally, thank you for being exceptional guests, and we would love, love, love to host you again in the near future.

421 Woodside Ave. is a great location in Park City! The stairs to Main Street are very convenient. The house is well stocked for families or a girl's trip. Four bedrooms and baths are ideal for privacy and convenient for everyone. Erik was a great host with his emails on all of the things to do in Park City, favorite restaurants, and tips for having fun. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house!

To say this host went above and beyond is an understatement: providing all the information any guest would need and some I didn’t even know I needed but came in handy! He checked in with us after check in to make sure we had everything.The location was truly perfect. We walked to everywhere! The house itself was clean and homey with tons of activities to keep us busy. I will definitely recommend this listing to everyone I know and try to secure it again if I am ever back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spent a long weekend enjoying the beautiful spring in Old Town Park City. This property was perfectly stocked, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, cozy, and conveniently located near the heart of town. We enjoyed hiking, walks with the dogs, and great food on Main Street. The owner was responsive and communicative. Nothing but good things to say about this house. Definitely recommend this property for couples, families, or groups of friends.

Communicating with you was extremely easy and so glad you had a fabulous time even though the snow was not the greatest during your stay. But that is the beauty of Park City; its good even when its bad :) Locals come for the Winter and stay for the Summer. This house provides an excellent location for exploring Park City- it can sleep so many people and we were a party of 3 and enjoyed it very much, it is clean, comfortable and very well stocked! Park city has provided modern staircases to walk between the terraced streets to the old historic town on Main Street. The host provided an excellent users guide for us and he was very easy to communicate with. We have stayed in many vacation rentals around the five star reviews we have given as our standards are high! You will not be disappointed!

Everything about this rental was top-notch a number one. Eric was most helpful with all kinds of information about the area. The location was absolutely perfect for a short walk to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. It was a wonderful family skiing trip. We will never forget.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was walkable to many restaurants as long as you don't mind some stairs.
