The gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing a homemade meal. The dining area has seating for 8 plus stools at the bar for a quick morning breakfast. Beautiful property

This was super easy to walk to the trail that gets you to the town lift and then ski back. Easy walk into town for dinner. Nice hot tub on the deck. House is gorgeous!

Beautiful Accommodations and KUDOS to the Management Company!

The managing company is very efficient and eagerly makes things right! Prior to booking, we requested that there be a working BBQ grill on site. It was verified back in June prior to booking that there was a working grill on site. Unfortunately, the grill had broken in December and they failed to notify us. Upon us notifying the management company of our disappointment that there was no working grill, they quickly bought a new grill, put it together within hours of us notifying them. We were incredibly impressed with their response time! Huge Kudos!!The house itself is beautifully furnished and very well-maintained! The kitchen is very well stocked! Our family had an extremely incredible time. The house is very close to main street with great shopping and eateries.

Family celebration/vacation

The property is beautiful, like new, and immaculately maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and linens (bed sheets and bath towels) were like new. Great location and neighborhood with walkable access to the base of Park City village and Main St. Would definitely book this property again and recommend to others.

All the comforts of home

This is my second time staying at this beautifully equipped Mountain Villa. Work brings me to Park City for a month during the summer and this property has all the comforts of home - the most comfortable beds, a chef's kitchen, a theater room and more. Nestled at the top of Empire Ave, this location make for easy access to the mountain or Main Street. The steam showers and the hot tub are a plus after a long day of work or a long day of skiing or hiking. This home is a wonderful retreat for those visiting Park City to work or to play, 10/10 - I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone coming alone or with family.

Great stay

House was wonderful, tons of space, well appointed. Location very good, easy walk across the street to ski slopes, short walk down into town. Only hiccup was delay in receiving access code to unit. We arrived to the unit around 3pm with all our skis, groceries etc, still no code. luckily, we found an unlocked door and let ourslves in. i never received the code, eventually someone from the management company called me around 630pm to ask if we got access to the unit. would have been extremely frustrating if we werent able to access unit by check in time.

As advertised (great)

Overall the place was nicer than expected. I'm a builder and the house is clearly high-end--it has mitered edge granite, for instance, and the seems were flawless. The place is built so that the bedrooms are tucked away from each other so it would be great for a few couples. It also has a bonus room off the garage that is pretty cool but no one could bring themselves to stay in it I think because of the lack of Windows. It's a short walk to the Town Lift and town in general. It has a boot dryer in the garage that was very clutch after long snowy days. There were little red ants in the kitchen (not a ton, just saw a handful every day on the counters) and a friend complained about getting bitten by something in the full bed in the bunk bed room, he concluded it was noseeums and not bed bugs. No one else had issues and none of us really cared about the ants. Overall I would stay there again in the heartbeat.

Great house

We enjoyed every minute of our trip. We really enjoyed the media room with the nice large sectional and large TV. The hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. It was snowing while we were in the hot tub, so beautiful!! The location was great! You do have to hike back up the mountain from the bus stop but after the first time it isn’t that bad. The temperature was in the single digits outside and the heater was broken the week we were there. The manager said it was being fixed but unfortunately it was never fixed. Overall great house.

Great house, great location

We had an awesome stay. Walking distance to the town center, town lift, and ski in / ski out made this such an easy and convenient stay for our group of 8. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Serious skier

The only bummer was that the runs from the main mountain to town were closed all 4 days so we had a 25 minute walk to the condo from the main village.

Amazing Location and Responsive Owner/Manager

The location of this spot is phenomenal. You can walk to the Town Lift ski slope in just a few hundred yards. And you can walk into the bottom of town to get to a ton of restaurants. We had some minor issues, but the manager was immediately responsive and addressed them right away. We lucked out with the snow this year, but would stay here again in the future. Warm, sunny, convenient.

Outstanding Place for Skiing/Riding

My wife and I (mid-30s) stayed here with our kids 9, 7, 3, and 1 and parents (early-60s). The house was very well furnished, including tissues, spice cabinet, and cookware and tupperware. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The hike up to Creole run was about 100 yards from the door and skiing back was much less which was terrific. The heated garage with ample hanging hooks and boot dryer was amazing for those of us who got out into the snow and made it very comfortable to put on and take off winter gear. We knew going in, but the stairs were tough for those with bad knees and somewhat hazardous for the baby. The only bad part about the place was that there was a roof leak in one of the master bathrooms and the middle floor bathroom. With the snowload this winter, this was understandable and didn't really cause any trouble. My wife and I, even days later both said we'd stay there again if we ever get back to Park City. You can really tell that the owners take pride in the place and the property managers do a great job taking care of it!

Great location

We have been going to Park City for over ten years . This house is our new favorite . So easy to walk downtown . Great amount of space inside . Garage was helpful keeping all the gear organized . We have already booked again for next year .

Great House, Good view of Park City, Close to everything

The listing does a great job representing the property. Quick walk to downtown, although the walk back uphill is steep. Short walk to base of Creole to ride down to down lift. Would definetly recommend.

Year of Snow

The house is well equipped for skiers. Upon entry through the garage, there are ski racks, boot and mitt dryers, hooks for your helmets and coats and a bench. (No reason to drag those items through the house) Plus it’s a short walk to the trail where you ski down to the Town Lift line. There was plenty of paper products while we were there. The kitchen didn’t not have a blender, coffee grinder, or crock pot which would have been nice as we only ate out half the time (due to treacherous roads) Website should be updated as there was no grill or gas fireplace. But, we did find (almost out last night) that the master bath (and the garage level bathroom) had steam showers which were a nice feature. There was no House Manual, so we had to figure it out ourselves. As this was an incredible snow year and snowed everyday for the 8 days that we stayed, the road from the nearest intersection to the house (about 3 houses up ) can get a bit icy and we saw numerous cars and a full sized bus get stuck. We definitely recommend checking the weather first and renting an all wheel drive vehicle if needed. Our roof was shoveled twice during our stay. The driveway is heated but every time the plow goes by, a heaping pile of snow still needs to be shoveled. Unfortunately, an ice dam caused leaking to one bathroom and and drywall damage to another of the bathrooms prior to our stay. Things happen , especially when you are dealing with Mother Nature. Our stay was a good stay and the house was well suited to our needs.

Fabulous house and location

Fabulous house and location. Substantial roof leak in upstairs bathroom which needed dumping out daily. Understandable due to massive snow in recent days, but this appears to be an ongoing issue with the roof.

Magical week at the most perfect mountain retreat!

Our family of 5 traveled with friends to Park City and chose this mountain villa based on its location and high quality amenities. The villa was well equipped, complete with a heated garage, gloves/boots dryer, entertainment room, a bunk room, and two master suites upstairs. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was hot and bubbling while we were there, and the heated driveway was a life saver as we received +40” of snow during the 7 days we were there! The only negative surprise was a fairly severe leak in the roof of one of the master bathrooms, but we viewed it as one minor annoyance amidst an unforgettable trip. We hope to book again in the future!

Family Vacation to Park City

The location of this house is amazing! It is truly ski-in/ski-out down to the Town lift. There is short walk up the hill from the house to the Creole trail that we took every morning to get down to the Town lift. It was nice to not have to try to drive somewhere and park to access the mountain. The house itself was wonderful. Beds were very comfy, the radiant floor heating was a nice touch and the house had all the amenities you would need. We especially enjoyed the heated garage for booting up in the morning and the giant tv in the media room for watching movies at night.
