Thank you for your interest in our condo in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Myrtle Beach is a thriving resort town with things to do at all times – for all ages – every season – because Myrtle Beach is never out of season.

We are centrally located near everything. This was a feature we especially looked for while shopping for our place. We are only minutes away from Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Ocean Annie's, Barefoot Landing, Dixie Stampede, The House Of Blues, just to name a few of the many entertainment attractions. There are over 90 championship golf courses. For the children there are water parks, amusement parks, and great miniature golf courses. There is also a newly built fishing pier (Apache Pier) within walking distance from our condo on the beach.

Our condo is bright, clean, and conveniently located on Shore Drive ocean side. We have replaced our air conditioning systems for better comfort and efficiency. We are constantly upgrading our unit so our guests will have an enjoyable stay. You will find our condo to be as comfortable as home. It will be a vacation you will always remember.

We have attempted to keep our rates as low as possible, which are still lower than if you rented from a rental agency in Myrtle Beach. Our listed rates are the FULL amount you pay. There are no additional charges. OUR Condo is on the third floor of the center building. We rent weekly only sat.to sat. spring, summer and fall. Monthly during the winter.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

The entire property is wonderful and recently updated. The “room” if you will is amazing! Everything was clean tidy and very comfortable. Plenty of books to read and the view was perfect! Will stay again!!

Very clean and well stocked

The room is well stocked for cooking and eating. Owner communicated well and sent me a hand written letter prior to my stay. The only complaint is that we didn't decide to stay longer.

Great spot

This was a great place to stay at the beach. Had a bit of an issue finding it as I just put the name in to maps and it pulled up a place down the street. But called and re-confirmed the address with the owner immediately and all was good. It was exactly as expected and we made it our home for the week. Thank you!

Perfect home away from home

Its was clean, they condo had everything you need to cook. Perfect home away from home. Its the perfect location and the view from the balcony is amazing. Frank and his wife were awesome and friendly to work with! Highly recommend them.

Great place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised with amenities that were present, including some paper products and cleaning supplies, and some basics pantry items that are so helpful to have. The furniture was well maintained and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The owners were highly responsive to questions.

the condo and location were fantastic. The only draw back was the families that did not follow the no alcohol rules at the pool areas. But other than that it was great.

Nice stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and we loved being right on the beach. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in on days/nights we did not want to go out to eat. My only complaint is other guests in the condo building kept lighting off fireworks throughout the night every night of our week long stay. I do acknowledge that this is not the property owner’s fault and may not happen to every guest who stays here.

Wonderful family vacation

My children are all adults and we enjoyed our first family vacation in a few years. The owners were wonderful to work with and the condo was exactly as promised. We loved our stay!

Family Vacation

My wife daughter and I spent a week here and have not 1 complaint. The place was clean, right on the beach. People we met on-property/at the pool were nice and down to earth. Very kid/family friendly and will definitely be back next year for, hopefully, 2 weeks!

A place at the beach

It was a really nice place, the view was stunning. The only thing that wasn't good was the stair situation. 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. Everything was clean and nice!

Great Place to Stay on Beach

This an excellent place to stay on the beach. We liked the shore drive area and this condo works great for our vacation. The condo is well apportioned containing newer furniture and beds. The kitchen is up to date and appliances worked well. The sofa bed was actually very comfortable also. But most important we found the condo to be very clean and it was ready early . Carpeting was also newer. We found the price to be reasonable and it included linens. Renting this condo through VRBO is a much better way to go because you do not have to go stand in line to pick up keys at the various realty companies like our friends did only to find out there condo was not ready.

Shore Drive is the perfect spot in Myrtle Beach foe vacations. It is very family oriented with only limited amount of traffic. It is a dead end street and you are only minutes away from route 17 and the rest of myrtle beach. My unit has a pool on either side of the building you can use either one. You also have the ocean which is 50 feet from your door.

This unit has been redone every few years, as needed. We spend a lot of time there so we change things often, the wallpaper in the living room is new, the fan and a/c also. The kitchen cabinets have been replaced, the Master Bedroom is almost all new , the twin beds in the front room are new. The condo is made to make you feel at home-we do when we're there. Besides the at home felling you have there is a super WalMart , Kroger's Tanger Outlet Mall 2 miles from the parking lot.
