It's a nice play to stay, but nothing to write home about. It's clean and comfortable -- exactly as expected. No issues, just nothing special about it.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The house was just what we needed for our family (and dogs). They even helped us find a lost phone we left at the house.

Our hosts were very easy to deal with and helped make it a stress free stay for us. The house was very clean and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. We’ll definitely be considering a repeat stay at this house in the future.

Birthday house

The house was nice & clean. Located near lots of stores & restaurants. The Jacuzzi was nice and perfect for our family. Overall perfect house for families wanting a small getaway.

Close to Everything

The house was great, clean and well stocked as promised.everyone loved having king beds in every bedroom. Close to the relatives we were visiting.

Round Rock Trip for Soccer Tournament

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Round Rock. This house was very nice and really close to Old Settlers Park where the tournament was played. It was a great house for our family and dogs to relax between games and spend the evening. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable getaway in Round Rock

Not all the hot tub jets worked, there were bugs floating in the water. The kitchen did not have any dish towels or paper towels, nor soap for the dish washer.

Great host property

We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The property was perfect for our family. The property is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. There was ample parking to accommodate our group. The hot tub was an added bonus!The communication from our host was great and the neighborhood was nice.

Overall good, but broken glass on kitchen floor upon arrival, fence is not good for dogs and cannot access garage for storms.

The house was clean and would be great if all you needed to do was sleep there. The beds were comfortable. My elderly mother came with us and all the bedrooms were upstairs. When asked where the blankets were for the beds downstairs, there was one small throw blanket there. No other sleeping supplies for the downstairs. When I arrived, the house was at 62 degrees on a very cold day. The house is very sterile. No rugs, all tile everywhere. The sitting area is not very comfortable for more than 5 people. The kitchen had little to no amenities. Like, 4 coffee cups, no accessories in the kitchen if you plan on cooking. No soap or shower gel in the master bathroom. No towels for the hot tub, only bathroom towels. I asked for early check in from 3:00 PM and was offered 2:30 PM without a charge and check out was 10:00 AM, which seems earlier than most check out times. The hot tub was nice but there was only 2 chairs out in the back and no sitting area to enjoy the backyard. The heater also kept blasting us at night upstairs and the downstairs was freezing. Overall, the house was clean and a good place to stay if all you need is a clean shower and bed. My complaints are more added extras that are offered with other rentals.

Regarding your early check-in request, we were happy to accommodate a 30-minute early arrival to ensure our cleaning team had sufficient time to properly prepare the home. We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. For your reference, additional sheets and blankets are stored in the drawers of the upstairs primary bedroom. As you noted, you arrived later in the evening when the indoor temperature was 62 degrees. Texas weather can fluctuate significantly, and earlier that day temperatures were in the mid-70s. You did have full access to the thermostat and were able to adjust the temperature to your comfort. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

Convenient location; quiet neighborhood

We were in town for work and was nice to have a hot tub to unwind in the evening; clean and had all the needed amenities
