You’ll find all of that here at Casa Zephyr. Almost 2,200sf, this house has been modernized to fit your travel needs. It’s a smart house. It’s open and spacious. It’s ideal for large groups. And it backs up to green space and park.
Casa Zephyr can accommodate up to 14 folks. Large master down with en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms upstairs with a 2nd LR & bathtub shower. Main floor also includes separate powder room and laundry room with W/D. Sunken/Step down main living room (watch your step upon entry) & floor to ceiling windows will brighten your mood immediately.
HOUSE RULES
- quiet hours are from 9pm - 9am
- no shoes inside the house
- no pets allowed; however, we do have recommendations for boarding services should you need them - some offer discounts on our behalf
- no smoking inside the home, only in the rear yard please; get rid of your cigarettes responsibly; $300 fine if smoke smell is found inside the home
- no parties or events permitted
- extra guests must be registered PRIOR to check in; unregistered guests or visitors incur a fee of $150/visitor - no exceptions
- cleaning fee does not cover taking out your trash or picking up after yourselves; if the house is not found in the similar condition that you had checked in, then you are responsible for additional cleaning fees charged by our cleaner. Please be respectful and considerate of this house. The nominal cleaning fee charged to you doesn't cover messes. There are paper and kitchen towels with cleaning products for you to pick up after yourselves. Thank you.

The location and size of the home were great, and we especially enjoyed the Four Seasons room. There was plenty of space for our family.Unfortunately the house is an older home and needs repairs through out the property. We expressed our concerns with the host and they appreciated the feedback and would address the issues.

Love this home! Great spot since we work for dell which was walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood and home itself was amazing! The patio with AC was the best hangout spot for us! Can’t recommend enough

When we arrived at the property there were a few roaches and bugs on the floor. We had some issues with safety when we arrived, but the host send out a handy man. There was a window in the sun room that didn’t lock and the door leading to the property from the sun room didn’t lock either so we were concerned since I have kids. We messaged the host and She send someone out who temporarily fixed it for the night, so that was helpful. They also brought bug spray for the bugs :). The neighborhood was quiet so that was nice. It wasn’t a terrible stay for the price, I just hate roaches.

This property is located very well. The park behind the house is great. Has a sand volleyball court a little bit down walking path kind. We had a few issues but had prompt response from the property owner. It was great for about family. Would recommend.

Home was perfect for our needs and close to the sports parks with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kids enjoyed the park behind the house.

City playground outside of the backyard was great for the kids. Location was centralized to all of the activities we had planned for the three days stay. I would suggest updating your photos, since most of them do not match the current home condition. Also, if you are going to require no shoes in the home then supply a bench or something for the guest to take off their shoes and to put them back on.

Great house for a quick trip to the area
Plenty of space for everyone staying. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to a grocery store. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The house was clean and tidy. Plenty of bedding, towels, amenities, and the hosts were very kind and helpful during the stay. This was a great space for us and everyone was comfortable and happy during the stay. Thank you!

Thank you Bonnie you have a beautiful home, everything was just right. We had plenty of room for all our family and enjoyed our visit with our Aunt. Just as a side note some of the outlets are a couple of outlets not working downstairs in the bathroom and the kitchen. Otherwise we were all happy with your home.

Smell was of cigarettes, Roaches in living and bath tubs, not enough towels and the fridge was leaking water. Total Safety Hazard.A lot of leaves on drive way!! Made it slippery to walk on!! Unable to reach anyone in regards to the issues.

The price was great and the place was very clean. We enjoyed the screened in porch. There were 9 adults in our party and enough beds for all of us, however the futon downstairs was not comfortable. Bonnie was very responsive to our every need. She solved our issues very quickly.The sunken living room was hazardous. It would be helpful if there was tape or something to indícate the step down. The shower upstairs was very slick and both bathrooms could use towel bars and hooks. I would not recommend this house for anyone with balance issues or the elderly.

Attention to detail is given to the properties that I manage and/or own. Casa Zephyr is no exception. She boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with master and en-suite on the main floor. There is also a 3 season sunroom and large deck to entertain or chill.
It's the little things that count. You'll find two large trees providing shade throughout the day. If you're ever in Texas, shade can be your best friend. There is also a park with walking trails and green space directly behind the house. You have access to it from the rear yard. Then there are all the local amenities that are 2-10 minutes drive. Some are in walking distance.
The house has an open floor plan. You have line of site from the living room to the kitchen, dining room, sunroom and upstairs living room. It's large windows in the living room let in a lot of natural light. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a separate living room and full bath.
The yard has ample space for fun and games. There is a gas grill too for your enjoyment. The large maple tree provides lots of shade in the afternoon. You can even move your party to the picnic pavilion at the park should you want. Kids playground is there. Just down the trail is the sand volleyball court.
Lastly, this house is a smart home. There are no worries with losing keys as it's all keyless entry. Lights can autodim. Thermostat can be programmed for your comfort. Front door locks automatically should you forget. The list goes on.
