Mark was an excellent host - very easy to work with and excellent communication. The space was a perfect location to the beach and amenities. The unit was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. I will definitly look to stay here again - highly recommend.

This is a great condo. Everything was clean and the location is amazing. Mark is an excellent host—he gets back to you immediately if you have any questions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We truly enjoyed our week at Mark's condo! Just a short walk to the beach, it was well stocked and equipped with all the necessary amenities and so much more. Mark was very responsive and communicative in the best way. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!! The place was just as described. Easy access to the beach and pools. Mark checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place to stay for a family. Would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

Our host was very responsive. We loved having a partially stocked kitchen & all beach essentials available to us. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again! Very convenient & relaxing

Lovely Vacation Rental

My husband and three of our children recently stayed in this well-equipped unit with wonderful beach access. I would highly recommend this rental for location, security and host attentiveness.

Everything as advertised and more! Mark is a great host and the condo is exactly as shown and described. Super easy access to the beach and great complex. Our family of four had a wonderful 10 day stay! Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's condo. He was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The complex has great amenities and it's a quick easy walk to the beach.

Everything you need

This property has it all. There are great views from the back patio, a comfy living space and a well stocked kitchen. It's a super short walk to the beach too. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful Stay!

Fantastic Condo and owner has excellent communication. Location is directly across the street from the private beach access, and ocean views from the condo. Recreation center with pool directly behind the building. Well stocked kitchen, snacks and paper products provided. Will definitely stay again! We love NSB!

Relaxing Getaway

Mark’s property was lovely, and just as advertised. The condo was very clean, and had a wide variety of pool and beach equipment and toys. Beach access was convenient. Would definitely return again.

Ideal beach getaway!

The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. It had all the amenities as described and we loved how close to the pool and the beach! Mark was very helpful and responded right away. Overall a 10/10 , can’t wait to return again!

We stayed for 2 weeks.the condo had everything we needed and more.the owner even had some snacks for a treat.condo was very clean and it matched what we seen pictures of.
