This quaint two bedroom two bathroom condo in Ponce Inlet is a perfect get away for some quiet beach time. Located directly on a non driving beach area of Ponce Inlet. Condo has private heated pool and easy access to beach. Unit is located on the second floor with elevator . Condo is fully furnished. All you need is a suitcase. Come enjoy some beautiful Central Florida weather. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The unit has beach chairs, beach toys and towels!!

Excellent stay

Check in was very easy. The condo was clean very nice views, and the property was very well taken care of and clean. Very family friendly. The owner was great with communication and very nice.

Excellent Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. This ocean view unit has a great location just steps from the pool and the no-drive portion of the beach. The unit is clean, welcoming, and equipped with every amenity to meet your needs.

Perfect view!

For me, my view from a balcony is key. This was perfect, exactly what I wanted. We were directly on beach with a perfect view, 2 high chairs to see over railing. The place was clean, had lots of beach necessities and everything we’d need inside the condo as well. The beach wasn’t super crowded which is a plus for me as well. When not at the beach we explored the community by visiting the lighthouse and also the Marine Science center and fed stingrays! Very nice…would go again.

Good Condo for the price

Wife and I stayed for a true vacation (one without kids or dogs)...condo listing was accurate. I actually think the condo was better than the pictures showed so that was nice. Condo has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys including skim boards and boogie boards. They have a dehumidifier in the condo which if you don't run it, it does start to smell musty so just keep it running and it's fine. For the price point this condo is perfect.

Wonderful Location

Absolutely beautiful location! Loved that there were items left and we didn't have to buy anything extra. Very cozy condo! Little musty smell but the humidifier was helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Ocean View!!!

Close to our favorite restaurant North Turn, steps from beach, heated pool, clean condo with the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Tom & Heather were quick to respond to any questions. Definitely will stay at this condo again.

Nice bikers retreat

Perfect views of the sunrise and beach. Condo sits just above the water on the ocean. Nice master bedroom with a private shower. Open kitchen and living room. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. Would definitely recommend. Great for 3 or 4 friends to enjoy any of the bike weeks.

Still a good trip despite Ian

While the hurricane had destroyed the beach access and closed some local establishments, the condo still made a great home base for our visit. The owner was incredibly responsive and the property was just what we needed. The view from the MBR and balcony were exquisite and the bed was super comfortable.

Getaway with my 82 year old Mom and sisters

Very quiet area!! Loved the convenience of restaurants, Publix grocery store down the street. Marine science station and lighthouse great to visit. Such a relaxing time!

Great, quiet place to Stay!

We loved this vacation! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! The room was nice and the owners were great! Check-in was easy and communication was great! Loved that we could walk down to North Turn restaurant. Plenty of restaurants around, and we went to Port Orange (which is a few minutes up the road) to eat also. We rented jetskis in Port Orange also. Loved this location and will definitely be coming back!

Clean perfect condo right on the beach

We stayed here with family in other condos. Ours was clean, quiet and very easy to access and enjoy the beach! It was perfect for Memorial Day weekend. We’ll be back!!!

Owners live in Ponce Inlet. Ponce Inlet is a beautiful quiet beach. Tom, has lived in Ponce Inlet his entire life. When he was young, he watched the cars race on the beach from his front porch.

Ponce Inlet is best known for its lighthouse and beach areas. The town does have a great recreational area where there is pickleball, basketball, tennis and a play area for kid is available.
