Convenient location, only 25 minutes from all Kansas City event sites and stadiums! Established May 11, 1891 by William Renner, this rustic home sits on acreage right off the freeway and neighboring the most visited park in Kansas, Shawnee Mission Park. The home has strong bones with recent renovations to keep its character, but upgrade many of its features. It’s a unique opportunity to stay in an environment that is still standing from when the settlers were headed west via the Santa Fe Trail.
2 bedroom, 2 bath, open floor plan with large front yard. Single story, but there are a few steps up the front deck to front door and two steps down into screened in back porch. Sits on multiple acres with a few other structures. There is a shared driveway with a small other rental (tiny home) in the vicinity.
