Welcome to your ideal getaway in Malaucène at the foot of Mont Ventoux! Nestled on a 300 m² plot, this charming 150 m² villa is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation in the heart of nature. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers everything needed for a stress-free stay.

Enjoy a peaceful private garden with a stunning view of the countryside, mountains, and pool. A large terrace awaits you to relax on the sunbeds, share outdoor meals with garden furniture, or prepare a barbecue on the plancha.

Inside, the villa has three welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200), one with a queen-size bed (160x200), and one with a king-size bed (180x200). The sanitary spaces are thoughtfully distributed to meet your needs throughout the day. On the second floor, where the bedrooms are located, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. On the first floor, a room a toilet and at garden level, another bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is ideally situated for returns from the pool or spa area.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and cozy living room with TV and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, stovetop, and utensils. A washing machine and iron are also available for your use.

The villa is ideally located just 500 meters from the Toulourenc river, perfect for swimming, and 1 km from the forest, ideal for walking or cycling. Shops are located 5 km away, and restaurants, markets, and supermarkets are about 10 km away. Explore nearby villages such as Malaucène (12 km), Vaison-la-Romaine (17 km), and Avignon (40 km), each offering beautiful landscapes and authentic Provençal charm.

From June to September, enjoy your private pool, open every day from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and relax in the on-site spa.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and to preserve the tranquility of the property, we do not rent to groups of young people.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
