Summary:
New condo equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in Traverse City! Open concept layout that contains stainless steel appliances and new finishes throughout the entire space. Enjoy a loft bedroom that overlooks the condo and provides some privacy as well. There is a sleeper sofa on the main floor, as well as a Smart TV so you can enjoy all your favorite television shows. Basic kitchenware and cooking supplies are provided, if you prefer to eat-in for your meals.

The Space:
These condos were recently built and are ready to accommodate anyone who decides to visit. Please note that there is no Cable TV but there is a Smart TV in the living room but you will need to provide your own personal login to have access to the streaming services. Please remember to logout prior to your departure*.

Getting Around:
There is one parking spot dedicated for this unit. Please park in the spot that is labeled 508-3.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available through the AirBnB app and there will be a welcome sheet provided in the unit with additional instructions for your stay.

Overall nice but needs some improvement

There can be some small improvements that are cost effective, more places to leave trash, and bigger trash in the kitchen , the main bed was very uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep well for the 2 nights , uncontrollable noise from the building next to us with a barking dog at midnight and multiple times during the day , As well the small heater on the wall downstairs barely keep up with the very cold night , upstairs stayed warm , just my son was cold on the pull out couch and the heater was on high.

TC stay

This was just a perfect stay all around. The apartment is very well laid out, modern and has everything you could think of for convenience. We loved staying there and would highly recommend this adorable place!

Winter weekend getaway

Everything was modern and clean! My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend in Traverse, and the location was a short drive to most of our destinations during the snowy stay. Ideal for the two of us.

Lovely Condo

Nicely appointed!!! Felt like new! Loved the thoughtful touch of black wash cloths in the bathroom. Lovely towels and bed linens. Great TV for watching movies and YouTube. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was complete with cooking utensils and cookware. However, I do try to avoid using teflon or coated cookware, I brought my own pan for eggs and steak. I avoid the black plastic cooking utensils if possible because of toxicity. Though I do understand the Apt, is a rental and some bad types of people steal things.This place is very sweet and easy. The parking is right next to the entrance of the Condo for easy access. Close walk to the Civic Center and YMCA and a Starbucks. Plus a walking track nearby for daily walks and the Common Good Bake shop across the street is wonderful. Would suggest to put a heater in the bathroom. I do not recommend for older adults who need to avoid stairs. No bathroom on the mezzanine.

Fall colors

The place was perfect for us. Wish there would have been a view besides the neighbors. The place was clean loved the Ethan Allen decor. Stayed there to see the fall colors and Traverse City delivered, close to wineries that we visited out on mission peninsula.

Overnight Traverse City Stop

Nice, modern, clean place to stay within 6 minute drive to Front St businesses. Perfect size for two people, upstairs lofted bedroom area. Great place to stay near downtown restaurants and shops

This modern condo was clean and in excellent condition when we arrived. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We would recommend this property.

Traverse City Weekend Getaway

Great property located close to all wineries on Old Mission and Leelanau peninsulas. Property was clean and host was very responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway weekend.

Girls Trip

This townhouse was great and exactly like the pictures. Great location near downtown and several wineries. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and kitchen equipped with all the basics. I highly recommend this cute townhouse.

Getaway

This condo is in a GREAT location. You are close to downtown, wineries and restaurants. It has all that you need to make a meal or two at home too. Communication was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect property

This condo is ideally situated for folks who want to enjoy wine tasting on the peninsulas or shopping. The condo was beautiful, and perfect for a small group or a couple. Really enjoyed our stay.

Short Title

Pros: •Townhouse was nicely decorated and contained everything needed for a stay. • Reasonably close to restaurants, shopping and bars. Cons: • Too close to the nearby roads and very noisy. • Only bathroom is downstairs from bedroom.
