Beautiful site. Backs up to the Boardman trail which we walked one day. Central location easy to navigate around Traverse City. Apartment fully furnished and well laid out

Our condo was spotless. Hotels should do as well. Very comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches (coffee maker with complimentary coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc.) Would recommend this property to anyone looking.

Quiet, clean place right on the TART trail. 30 min walk to downtown, at least three breweries and multiple restaurants within short walking distance. Around the corner from a Family Fare. Large parking lot is easy. Laundry in unit and nice sized balcony. Only drawback is the complimentary gym is a 40 min walk away (downtown with limited street parking), and you cannot access it from 7a-1p M-F. Would stay again!

The cleaners should do a better job. Too much dust, bathroom walls, vents and ceiling g dam weee all dirty.Apartment was acceptable.Better communication on address( not included in package) , and unresponsive answering of the phone.I had to go to the Woodmere address and not on the door for help.

The communication could not have been better! The condo was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there on my next trip.

Mother daughter weekend

My girlfriend and our 18 year old daughters stayed at this Birdseye. The apartment was easy to clean, with plenty of parking, clean unit and property, and friendly neighbors/tenants. The rental team was helpful and informative all the entire time. And their check out requests were very reasonable. It’s a 30 minute walk downtown. That was fine for us but would be hard with small kids. We loved it.
