The owner of this condo recently replaced the linens and towels, and we haven't had any other guests report that they were in poor condition. That said, the owner is in the process of replacing all towels based on this guest's feedback.

Many guests love the convenient Lionshead ski lockers and the easy access across the pedestrian bridge—it’s a great setup for making the most of your time on the mountain. For future guests, please note that accessing the condo from the parking area does involve several steps. This can be a bit of a workout when carrying ski gear or groceries, so we recommend packing accordingly and planning for a few trips if needed. The reward is a well-located property with quick access to the slopes and village amenities! We’re glad this beautiful unit continues to deliver on its location and features, and we appreciate you considering it for your stay. This condo does have a nice, open layout that is very conducive to spending time together as a group. The property itself, as this guest has mentioned, does have wonderful amenities, and most guests are very happy with the location and proximity to the slopes.

The owner of this property secures a ski locker for the duration of the ski season to provide convenient storage so that guests don't have to haul their gear back and forth from the condo to the slopes. The property's reference document has detailed directions for finding the ski locker, as well as a map; most guests don't have any issues finding it, but our team is always available for guests if they have questions or issues. The owner is in the process of reviewing his furniture to determine if replacement is needed, or if this is a case of varying degrees of comfort between guests.

In June of 2023 all of the windows, screens and corresponding hardware in the home have been replaced. Rental properties tend to have pretty hard use by guests on the windows so the owner understood he wanted the best, most durable windows possible for future guests. In addition to the windows both bathrooms underwent full remodels down to the actual plumbing. The entire condo has new flooring and both interior/exterior paint. All of these upgrades were done in June 2023. We have professional cleaners to clean the unit before and after guests stays. All we can do is stress for future guests that if you have any sort of issue, we highly encourage you to reach out. Our housekeepers work diligently and have high standards but on occasion something is missed. We have a 24/7 guest services number that is available to guests to make sure that their needs and concerns are attended to immediately. We wish that we would have been notified during their stay of the blankets so we could have removed them and had them laundered.

The walk from this condo to Lionshead Village takes less than 10 minutes, and it's on a nice path with a pedestrian bridge that goes over the highway (as shown in the photos). It's a pleasant stroll , and booking this property is an affordable way to be super close to the slopes. For those not interested in walking, the free shuttle also picks up right outside the property. As mentioned in the property's description, this condo is on an upper level, and does require stairs to access it. We encourage guests interested in booking to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

We call all guests after they've booked to confirm details of the reservation and help answer any questions they may have. We made multiple attempts to communicate with this guest and ensure they had the information needed prior to their visit. The guest was unappreciative of our calls and was rude to our staff on multiple occasions. Subsequently, the guest arrived at the property without viewing their arrival instructions, which were emailed to the guest 7 days prior to their trip, as is our standard procedure. On the guest's departure day, this party called into our guest services number and had two of our agents on the line at the exact same time asking the exact same questions. The guest seemed upset that we were asking her to leave a ski locker key in the condo, to ensure future guests would have access to the ski locker. To clarify, we appreciate and evaluate any and all feedback, however, in this case, the issues mentioned are a direct result of this guest's poor communication and lack of planning. We provide all guests clear information prior to their stay, as well as multiple options for contacting us should they have any questions or concerns.
